  The settings you are looking for are in the Mail folder. Press the menu/blackberry button > Options. In the Options go to the reconciliation of the enamel. You must configure each email from there.   I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  (2) remove and return Service directories
