  The settings you are looking for are in the Mail folder. Press the menu/blackberry button > Options. In the Options go to the reconciliation of the enamel. You must configure each email from there. Change "Message Services" to the email that you want to configure, and then under it, change the "remove the ' to 'ask '. Press ESC and save.

But see http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB36747 and check your operating system against the versions indicated in the article. If your OS is one of those affected, discover the related utility. I don't know if there is a readme file when you unpack the zip file. If it is read everything first.
