  Generally, you must reload the OS or wipe the device to retrieve these apps if you delete them. Probably not worth it since it's just a web browser Launcher. You can get the same thing by going to the mobile youtube (m.youtube.com) on your browser page and then hit the three points in the right corner and click on add to the home screen.

  I was on vacation from work and took over 100 pictures of my kids and videos that can never be replaced.  Three days after that I went back to work, somebody had put my Active Sync account for wiping my device.  I've never had a change down photos and videos, is there a way to recover photos after a wipe?  I tried several software and none of them can even see a blackberry, they were designed for other smart phones that I have not found a specific BlackBerry.  I don't mind paying for a solution that works

  Sorry, a wipe of security on the device memory would erase these images and they would be inaccessible.

Now, I noticed that whenever I have block my phone via the button mute / reading located on top of the phone an alert makes a noise and says so 'you have no new messages', it's really annoying because it is same when phones on silent, perhaps someone could help me?

  There is no such app. The Playbook is a tablet of completely different material, produced by BlackBerry in 2011.

  I'm just curious as to when the next version of blend is ready to be published. There are some features and some minor bugs which I hope will be addressed.

  Some of them are:

  (1) support for Signatures of HTML e-mail or at least use my e-mail signature set on my passport.
  (2) being able to select all of the attachments and manage (i.e. download them all on my computer / phone). Currently, I have to do 1 at the time.
  (3) edit contacts in Blend

  (4) after the addition of a contact, the contact form doesn't go away (i.e. no confirmation that the new contact has been added).
  (5) with a month in calendar, highlight the current day
  (6) view all communications (email, BBM, SMS, etc.) for a contact (i.e. activity)
  (7) e-mail view by topic (e.g. display Style = Conversation) or at least match the configuration on the Passport
  (8) hide sent emails

  Nice to have the feature:

  (1) see a snapshot of the tiles open on my passport of BB. (i.e. so if I have time open so I'm going to see the weather tile in mixture)

  Since you have done a battery pull I would make sure that the card is firmly connected. Try to remove and then do a battery pull and then after the re-start, insert the card and re - start again. Have you tried the media card into a computer to make sure that it is always good and readable? Also, when in-camera slide down to settings and make sure that you "save on media card" "lit".

  Hello, everyone,

  With my Q10 purchased recently, I met a problem that I can not find a solution for up to now.

  The phone can not add more to the text message recipient replied. The only solution is to press "copy all the '-'before' and then ' to add a recipient.

  Such a simple function is not available on phone oriented business segment... it is really disappointing. 10.2 even new OS does not solve this problem.

  If anyone finds a solution, please let me know.

  There is a simpler way to achieve this:

  While being in the list of messages, press and hold SMS you want to answer. Choose the icons that appear on the right, the 3 vertical lines, then "send a text Message".

  You can then add additional recipients as much as you want.

  BlackBerry OS 10 10.3.1 version will be available for BlackBerry 10 devices from early February, subject to the approval of carrier in the market. Battery saving mode was introduced in OS BlackBerry 10 version 10.3.1 so.

  I just got a new q10 and set up my work email, which would not be registered without having to remove the SMT username and passowrd then it worked well and receives e-mail messages but will not send the. It gives just a grey clock and possibly a sign of failed red. BBM navigation and everything work fine.

  SMTP password is necessary to send emails.

  Contact your IT Department to find the correct address and password

  I want to remove the e-mail my HUB gmail account, but I don't want to delete gmail account entirely as I still want to synchronize calendar and contacts - most important. Is anyway to do this?   Is there a way to completely disable synchronization of email account? I put update in settings on "manual" but it is always up to date when I activate the wifi or data which is crazy because bb10 ate my data plan all when I wanted to check the bus because I get a lot of emails.

  Should be no problem. You may need to re-add the account from scratch and leave email calendar and contacts sync, but it should work as long as your GMail account is still valid.

  I need help please.

  I usually save new numbers calling me from the phone app, I touched just 'add to contacts '.

  I keep all my contacts on my work Outlook account so they are synchronized with my work, I have absolutely no local contact on the phone.

  My Z10 records these contacts directly as local contacts instead of save them on my business account.

  However, if I go to the app directory and select Add a new contact from there, I have the possibility to choose whether it's a personal or a working contact. If I select the contact to work, it will record it in my vision of the work and everything is fine, but I don't have this option during the recording of the phone application.

  I do not understand what I do wrong, please help on how to register to work account directly from the phone app.
