  My Bold 9650 suddenly not turn on or charge.  Remove the battery for a minute and you try to load cause the Red charge light coming for 10 seconds approximately and then the phone goes dead (IE won't load any more).  The battery is good; I checked on another BB.

  Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the whole 4h15m process, your BB should stay connected to a good charger (not the USB PC):

  1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger

  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Insert the battery
  6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

  This has been known to "revive" some BBs.

  1. Get a known good and already fully charge battery... use it in your BB and see what happens

Memory: the system currently uses 433,7 MB which is also half of the memory capacity. P.S. I pulled the battery about 15 minutes ago, I use an external microsd sandisk card 8 GB class 4, to save all my files into it (songs, pictures, videos, pdf, word, etc. documents) it is 1.8 GB apart the 7.8 GB. The built in storage media's 6.0 GB and it has 5.8 GB free of it. Should not it works faster because I have a lot of free space on the bed in the storage media.   The last post in this link shows what to do. I did this on my BB and was able to connect now successfully my BB to the Volvo V70. I had to redo the matching 3 - 4 times, but then it worked.

  Open your BlackBerry browser > press the Menu key > Options > Cache and clear your browser's cache (you can even clear the cookies as well, same place).

  Now do another reboot (turned on, battery pull, etc.)
