  Do not erase everything on your phone under the procedure of release.  If you have your phone set to backup Contacts on iCloud, they will be saved and then can be later reloaded on your phone after erasing it.  I just got two iPhone 5 and it worked well.  Also to do a full backup to your computer via iTunes and transfer everything what is not already saved if you are asked.  The only problem I encountered was that some applications does not and I had to manually reinstall the.

  Hi all. Just got my first BB and love it. I have the 9100 pearl and have a question.

  I took my SIM card from my old phone (sony w910i) and installed in my BB. In configuration mode he asked me to transfer the contacts that I made, but it gave me one number per contact as home number. I recorded them all in my outlook contacts with all the information, including emails. Is it possible to transfer all this and get my contact list done correctly or I have to manually go in and change all of them?

  Also is there a way I can use the computer to enter my information into the BB instead of the small keyboard?

  You want to download and install the Office BlackBerry (DM) Manager from here.

  You can then configure DM to synchronize your Outlook contacts on your device.  This link will help guide you through the configuration process.

  You can make a very very easy to in BlackBerry Messenger > Options > Backup. You have not done this?

  You can connect to Desktop Manager and just turn off address book database. What I would recommend instead to do a security Wipe. Go to Options > Security Options > Security Wipe. He will wipe away all of the device of all your settings and data and you can start over. It would be a good idea to get its own BBID to download apps & games, etc. Each BB user should have their own BBID. New versions of BBM use BBID is not a good idea to share BBID.

  Open Desktop Manager > restore > choose the desired file, where the backup. Then click selective restore > choose any address book and click on restore.

  Open Windows Mail... click on Contacts at the top... anywhere inside the right column, right click on an open... click Customize this folder... under "what kind of folder do you want to", click on the pointer until you see the Contacts, click... click OK.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Deleted BB Messenger-now can't get it back

  My BB came with BBM on it.  I wasn't going to use it, so I deleted it.  Now, I can't get it back.  From my research, if I download the latest version of BB Desktop Manager which should do the trick.  The application must be in my application loader... However, it is not.  I can't understand what I'm doing wrong or what work would be around for that.

  Yes, Office Manager can be used to load BBM. If you do not see in Add/Remove Programs, I suggest that you download the latest device of the page of your carrier software and install on your computer. Look here for links to different carrier:

  On your phone, in Options > Advanced Options > Applications, Blackberry Messenger is on this list?

  Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Ctrl + Shift + F).

  The start screen is up to you to customize however desired.  You can right click on any icon to unpin it from the splash screen, but does not remove the program.  Right click on a box empty and select "All Apps" to see the complete list.  From there you can right click the app and 'Pin to Start' people again to put it back on the splash screen or move.
