But my friend has problems with it.  She is on Verizon and was able to set up the email so that she could receive emails, but she is not able to send everyone's messages.  It has been suggested by Verizont that she has set up the email via IMAP instead of pop.  She asked me to help in obtaining his itinerary, but I couldn't find anything about whether online about setting up in the email set up.  Someone at - it guidance, I can email him about setting up email?

  1 wipe the BlackBerry smartphone. Options > Security Options > wipe handheld

  2 remove from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server BlackBerry smartphone user account

  3. When you are prompted to delete the information form that is associated with the mailbox, select Yes

  4. Add users of BlackBerry smartphone on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server

  5. set a new password for activation

  6. do a new Enterprise Activation.
