  I stopped getting emails from my hotmail on my phone account yesterday and then a message from blackberry, saying that I had to post my email, I did very well and also had recorded my blackberry ID.   Finally we got to know the problem.

  Since there is no EDGE symbol means that you need to call your service provider to activate your package BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) active or active if re forbade it.

  I have two email from business enterprise server and a personal email account (bellsouth.net), Setup on my 9300.  The business enterprise e-mail and my phone log message under my regular icon "messages".  Personal messaging appears under the normal message icon and a 2nd message (envelope with a small globe) icon.

  I want to:

  1. keep my business and personal email accounts completely separated under different icons.

  2 stop logging to my phone calls under the "messages" icon

  3. check my personal email only when I ask to, not automatically.

  If anyone can help with this?

  Open your folder Messages > Options > settings for the Inbox and you will see boxes letters to include in your main folder, and those who separate from your main folder.

  Is not possible. E-mail BlackBerry of RIM's push and pull not. You cannot set a schedule or do it manually.

  CMIME is messaging (email) and CICAL is calendar.

  Yahoo! has had some problems in recent months. It might actually be a problem with them and nothing to do with BB. I can't say for sure, however.

  I have a Curve 9360.  My provider is AT & T.  It's my phone for work, but I would like to add my personal email.  Of course, I want to separate emails.

  I went to Setup > E-mail accounts > Internet e-mail account and was able to easily add my gmail account.  Unfortunately, I don't get my gmail.  Looks in the configuration of the gmail address is here.

  I expected to see a second small icon envelope containing my gmail, but so far nothing.

  Good description of what is really wrong and how to reproduce if possible. Details of what you were doing before: since I've updated my device (via the software updates in the Options) to 6.0 Bundle 3049, I am not able to access my internet e-mail account set up and was able to access before the update. When I go to install the application and go to put in place an email, I have no option to change email account preferences, it simply takes me to the screen where I have to enter the password for the e-mail account, after doing this, you receive an error indicating that the service is inaccessible at this time. Hastily, I deleted the email from my device configuration application and tried to find the application online or on app world, but nothing helped. It would be very useful if someone could help me.

  If you have deleted the e-mail of your device setup application, you will need to recover. You may be able to reinstall using the desktop software, or you may end up having to reinstall the entire operating system.   Well I have Aproblem and I feel stuck, so I need help. I fight a second hand curve 8310 and it seems still had the old users email attached to it. I know this because as soon as I signed up for the BIS, told me he already has an e-mail address associated with the device and I have also received emails that were not mine. However, I wiped the phone and delete email addresses by going to options-anvanced options-book. Which lead me to no longer receive emails from old users and I thought that I could set myself up now. However, I have tried and have always error indicating that the device already has an email associated with it. I contacted the owner who said that she would call cingular and delete. She told me that she called twice and they say that the e-mail address is is more associated with my pin code. I keep trying the installer and your email address and I even wiped the phone and removed the battery several times but always the same message on the existing email address. My provider says that when they check the system, it still shows the device attached to cingular and they cannot make any changes to that. They say that cingular for this.

  I contaacted ^ previous owner again and she said she will talk with them again. Is there another way I can clear my PIN and set up my access to e-mail? Please, someone must know another way because it's been a few days now and no access to the e-mail for me on my Berry.

  Hi, I am currently reciving two notifications in my 'messages' folder when reciving an email.

  Example:

  I get an email from Old Navy in my gmail or my me mail and in the e-mail folder, it shows a. When I look in the 'messages' section there are two.

  When I delete the duplicate message notifcation, it just says: 'delete'... and the first notifcation is said "on the mailbox & Pocket" or "on the handheld.

  Can someone help me solve this problem, as it's annoying.

  I am a new user... BB has the same e-mail address as desktop. All office emails automatically to my BB. I want to stop this automatic function and IF I want the emails to go to the BB then I turn it on. In general, I'll go a few weeks without checking my BB for email I read all in the office.   You want to disable the redirect... or on the HH under Messages > Options > e-mail settings, you want the value 'Send Email to handheld' no.

  Judging by the comments in AppWorld, it looks like last update of the Facebook #RIM for #Blackberry broken upload photo. After reading a few threads here, I tried pulling the battery, delete - reinstall the app, take smaller pictures, removing information geo-tagging and checking permissions. I always get an unknown error 2010.

  I can download to send an email and Twitter without any problem.

  I hope this gets fixed soon. It seems that there are a lot of people out there with this problem.

  I have installed POP account for my office email, every time I tried to send the email from this receiver account becomes different format and signs as between a words = insterded (that = y) r is missing and = sign is insterded automatically at the other end.

  So open DM > Sync > Configuration. You will find several parameters for only future calendar items, you can set a number of days range, etc.

  Check the configuration of the synchronization that you have your Outlook calendar set to synchronize with the outstretched hand.

• BlackBerry smartphone inbox message - how do separate you work and emails personal activation w/business

  I just got a blackberry tour and spend since a non-blackberry pda.  during the tour all my work e-mails are which flows directly into the main message Inbox but unfortunately so is all the email of my 3 other personal emails.  In addition, each personal emails has its own Inbox but I can't seem to be able to break my email to work out in his own Inbox at least.  I understand the advantage for some of what flows through a box, but I don't like to think about personal e-mails while I'm working.  with all the mails that seeps through is just terrible not being able to separate them.

  I've been cruising through this support site and seen some notes on it is not not possible to do it on other models and yet possible on older models?  and if you use enterprise (no) and pop (Yes).

  It is STILL true that this cannot be managed for business mail goes in its own folder?   If so, I have to return this device.  (((

  FYI - the issue is unrelated to the model of the device.

  By default, BES email is made only in posts emails BIS icon/App are placed in their own icons, but they are still contained in the main Messages application. This is how it works by default. It is not redundant - rather, think that Messages like the Tote place, with the BIS independent icons being a filter, traction (from message) to them only messages that relate to them... but if you act on an e-mail (read, delete, etc.) in one, the change will be reflected in the other.

  Your BES Admin can push an E-mail BES icon only to your device. This solution is free, but must be conducted at the level of the BES server and will affect all users on the BES server.

  Or you can get the application to empower BES Inbox (if they have a version that is compatible with your BB specific). This solution costs (per user), but does not require a change at the server level and affects only a single user.

  Neither solution would do anything on Messages - will continue to contain what it contains today. All they will do is activate an additional icon on your home screen that is a filter for your BES emails only. You can hide or move the Messages icon/app out of the way, but beware - there are more that just the emails that arrive in Messages... it will come a day when you have a new message indicator and only by digging through Messages that you will be able to find this message.
