• Question of blackBerry Smartphones with e-mail sent to Gmail not checked in the Blackberry mailbox

  Hi all

  I just got my first Blackberry. I added a box to the letters for my Gmail account on my blackberry, using the options-> e-mail settings. It works great, it checks incoming emails almost instantly. However, I have another email address which will be forwarded to this specific Gmail address and those forwarded emails are not checked on my blackberry (they do not show upward).
  I see these emails on the Web from Gmail and Thunderbird page, but not on my Blackberry.

  I installed the gmail app, but I really don't want to use it.

  Any suggestions of how to make emails transferred to my gmail account appear on my box of blackberry mailbox?

  Hi people,

  One of my bosses is currently using a Torch 9800 (v.6.0.0.246) and was a little problem for me.

  He has an email account set in place on the phone but cannot access one of his emails - same may be the case for all PIN messages, but it does not use this feature.

  It seems that, at any time, he tries to enter the 'Messages' General or specific 'Messages' he takes him to the "SMS" Inbox - email. When he receives an email, he can read, but once read it are no longer accessible. I tried to access the Inbox in several different ways but whenever he goes just to her texts. We tried to save an email but once again the 'Saved Messages' folder command to "SMS".

  I have had a look through the forums but have not been able to find something useful.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Well, assuming that you are running the latest version of the software... have you tried a full erase?

  I don't see anything other than the stuff I put in my instant messaging... file which is my yahoo Messenger. BlackBerry meseenger and my Inbox yahoo with my email address... but I can if I want to move to other folders.

  at one point my yahoo Inbox shortcut was under 'all '.

  My boss has a Blackberry attached to his desktop computer and I have full access to his e-mails.  If she removes the emails from his desktop computer and then they disappear from his Blackberry, but if I delete an email from him in my computer box, ir remains on his Blackberry.

  When a delegate removes any element of the box of a BlackBerry smartphone user mailbox, the deleted item is sent to your deleted items folder. Because the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is designed only to synchronize with records of the BlackBerry smartphone user's mailbox, the deleted item is interpreted as missing. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server does not remove an article from the BlackBerry smartphone, unless this element appears in the items deleted in the mailbox when the synchronization folder. You can change your Outlook client for when you remove items from the mailbox to the owners stay in their deleted items folder and they are not being moved to your mailbox. Support blackBerry does not recommend or support this work around, because it requires editing the registry. The Microsoft KB is 202517 and can be found on the microsoft support site. Please don't forget to take precautions normal according to the guidelines from Microsoft if you are planning changes to the registry.

  Still confused, because I do not see you. By "record", I assume you mean the separate E-mail icon that was created when you went ahead and created the email account this time again? When it works correctly, you have really no duplicates - instead, you have the same email showing in two different places... one 'mirror' of the other, in a sense.

  But in fact should not do, however, so I'll notify then what do you is of (please, this time, to do this and nothing more!):

  1. Remove all THE email accounts of this device
  2. Perform a battery pull reboot
  3. Drive again the steps of the post 4 above (this time, however, please tell me that "done you these steps"... Please confirm each step translates exactly as I indicated above)
  4. Delete your database of Messages (note that this will delete probably all messages, including SMS history... you have to be careful because you realize this)

  5. Perform another batt-pull reboot
  6. Now return to your email on your device and see if now works normally

  I have a total of six mailboxes different email (work (Outlook), hotmail, yahoo, aol, blackberry)... in my mailbox, there all messages from mailboxes combined breast and in their Outlook folder (yahoo, aol, etc.). The question is, is it possible to keep all my emails separate in their own folders?

  1 work - Outlook = has all emails from yahoo, hotmail, aol, blackberry.net

  2 mailbox of aol - has only aol e-mail

  3 yahoo box - only is yahoo messages

  4 hotmail mailbox - has only the hotmail messages...

  I want that the mailbox to work #1 to have only working emails it contains. Thanks in advance for your ideas...

  I have several mailboxes installed. Then, one of the started just indicating an unread message, even though I emptied the mailbox.  Any ideas on how to clear this short to delete the email account and set up again?

  Other tips to clear this unread message... Then try in order.

  If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

  Try these options:

  • Hard Reset BlackBerry by holding ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or removing and reinserting the battery)
  • Messages > saved Messages
  • Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
  • Defiler, scroll to the top of the page of the message file, above the menu date heading, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN
  • Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
  • Clean and reload your OS.

  ON OS6, go to your Messages folder > Options > Inbox management and select accounts are included in the main Inbox.

• BlackBerry Smartphones after upgrade to v4.5.0.138 - Can t Sych elements between mailboxes and my camera deleted

  Yesterday I was prompted to upgrade my BBerry (Curve 8330) software and I did. Now, I run v4.5.0.138.

  I have four parameters separated on my BBerry, Hotmail 2 and 2 Gmail accounts email accounts.

  Before the upgrade, I could "synchronize items in the mailbox of [these] [are] and my camera deleted"-I had this option to 'Yes' for each of my mailboxes in the General settings for each. Whenever I chose to delete an e-mail message from my BBerry, I was invited to remove the only device or remove it from the device and the server. It was great! Often, I want to delete my BBerry and the server. It really helped me keep my Inbox clean e-mail.

  After the upgrade, I don't have this feature. Hotmail accounts have even this option available in the General settings. Gmail accounts have this setting, I put 'Yes', but I'm not invited when I delete the messages, and the messages will not be deleted on the server.

  Anyone has any ideas on this subject?

  The settings you are looking for are in the Mail folder. Press the menu/blackberry button > Options. In the Options go to the reconciliation of the enamel. You must configure each email from there. Change "Message Services" to the email that you want to configure, and then under it, change the "remove the ' to 'ask '. Press ESC and save.

• BlackBerry Smartphones can't open my Inbox mailbox

  I have a Blackberry Curve 8530-owned business. I can't open the box mailbox to retrieve messages.  I know that I have messages because the message icon and the light flashes, but whenever I click on the mailbox to open it, all I see is a blue banner saying I have no message.  With the mailbox is opened, all I see above is SMS. At the top is the indicator of battery, then time, number of messages unopened and the intensity of the signal.  Please help as it is a company phone and I can't be without a properly working phone for an extended period of time.  Thank you, Greg Adams

  Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

• Problem of synchronization for Smartphones blackBerry with several mailboxes

  We have a user who has Microsoft Outlook configured to display several mailboxes.  It seems that if there something from his Inbox to another folder within its own box mailbox, then this movement is well synchronized down to BB, but if he moves to within its own mailbox to another mailbox, then the move is not noticed , and the item is in the Inbox on his BB indefinitely.

  Two questions:

  (1) any idea how to solve this problem?

  (2) is it possible to force a full resynchronization of the box the mailbox to get it to the stage?

  You did not say, but I assume you're on BES rather BIS/OWA. Therefore, you should study activation hard deletes:

• Emails from blackBerry Smartphones delivered to several mailboxes?

  I have my "BOLD" series up for my 3 email accounts.  It works fine, but it seems that all my messages wind up together in their own Inbox on the "BOLD" as well as in my Inbox of BB.  I tried to disable the option "forward" under the filters in the Internet in place of the screens, but then none of the emails come through.  Is this just a feature of the "BOLD" or BB email service that I have to live with?

  Email sent TO the BB works like this:

  No matter when you REPLY to an email that you receive, the BB ONLY answers the email address to which it was sent.

  Same thing with the redirect, except that you can change the account SEND aid to the header of the e-mail before their delivery.

  NEW emails: When you compose a NEW message, the BlackBerry will SEND USING THE last e-mail account to which you sent this contact. If you wish, you can change SEND it USING in the header.

  First of ALL, go to Options > Advanced > Services by default and set your default main email preferred account, one you use most of the time for all newly composed emails.

  Update from last week, and then an e-mail address will not work.  When I contacted the server provider, they gave me the server to use, port, etc..  but I can't change these on my Blackberry.  (Or may not know where to do it).  When I remove and add the email address, it won't give me the opportunity to put the popmail address, or designate the right server and port.   Tried to do it on the computer but the phone won't allow me to do so.  Someone knows how to fix this?

• Icons mailbox to blackBerry Curve 8330 Smartphones

  We wonder if it is possible to get accounts in mailbox on one phone in their own mailbox icons. For example, the mailbox receives text incoming messages... verizon mail... and our e-mail... all on the same icon. (I personally like it). We have a user who would really prefer to have a different icon for each account, so it can manange them separately. Is this possible?

  Your friend can go in the messages box - hit options - General options and the last option is the SMS Inbox and email.

  You can choose to separate them.  With respect to the separation of the emails, I don't know if this is possible. The messages folder is configured to receive all messages, as well as missed calls. Al least he can separate the above!
