  • BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry Travel application travel includes: how to separate them?

I have a couple of travel separated coming at the same city. BlackBerry Travel groups them and views them as a journey (looooooooooooong), even if it is backwards and then return and new.

Is it possible - once the trip was automatically added by BB trip - to separate different routes on separate trips?

ALSO: If I need a hotel transport or ground, is there a way to get the BB trip stop to remember in the itinereary I need a hotel or ground transportation?

    Thank you very much!

Thank you sdgardne! I had to separate travel on my PC browser before I asked the question and I do not see how to do it, but maybe I'll give it another shot now. Thanks again for the tip - I appreciate your help.

    HI again,

    Here are the steps:

    1. Open, on a PC/browser, BB travel (travel.blackberry.com)
    2. Login with the appropriate credentials
    3. Open the trip that contains the item you want to separate
    4. Select this option, in the menu "Actions" drop-down of the item you want to separate, "Move".
    5. In the pop-up window, select "Move to new journey"
    6. Fill in the details and save
    7. Now, back to the list of all travel, on the very long journey (which now, since you've done the above, one or more detail items less), click on that "Actions" drop-down and select 'change the trip '.
    8. Adjust the dates of the trip so that it is really long trip

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not reinstall BlackBerry Travel

    Hello!

I made a switch of the device of a 9810 to a 9850.   I noticed that whenever I launched BB trip he would be suspended.  The phone was still sensitive but not the application.  So I deleted, rebooted and entered the AppWorld.  BB trip appears in my list of uninstalled, but there is no reinstall option it.  I got panic at the beginning and thought that I could not reinstall all the apps but not, it seems, travel is the only one that gives me this problem.  I'm not the only person having this problem however.  There is at least one other user.  :-)

    http://forums.CrackBerry.com/BlackBerry-torch-9860-9850-F238/cant-reinstall-BlackBerry-travel-648079...

OH! OH! OH!  This isn't a solution and someone's going to look at the problem, but I found a solution!

Download the app on your device on AppWorld via USB cable!

Open Internet Explorer and go to http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore

    Travel search

Connect your BB to your computer with the USB cable and follow the instructions to download the app!

At some point AppWorld will prompt you to install ActiveX code to make the USB connection work.

I had to do it twice.  She failed the first time but I tried again and it worked.  I am now signed BB trip!  Wooo!

  • Z30 Z30 blackBerry and Blackberry Travel

When booking a flight with Westjet or Air Canada online as soon as the confirmation e-mail gets Blackberry Travel is updated and flt details etc are in my camera. However when I book a flt with wear nothing happens. Can someone tell me why? Y at - it a setting I need to change?

    Thank you

    Pat

The address should be [email protected]

In addition, you must send to the address that is registered with BlackBerry Travel.

If the route is not sent automatically, might be you had the itinerary sent to a different email address of your BlackBerry Travel email address and that's the problem.

In addition, you can add multiple email addresses to BlackBerry Travel. But you must send one of them.

  • BlackBerry BlackBerry Travel App not updating travel

A week ago and again tonight I noticed that the BlackBerry Travel is not updated. When bookings arrive in my email I can see automatically transferred mail but it stops there. This happens with mails to booking which worked fine before so can only guess it is a matter of BlackBerry. If it is I don't know BlackBerry will work on a fix and an update is imminent, but in the meantime, I would be interested to know if others have experienced problems with BlackBerry Travel recently or if anyone has a work around in the meantime? I tried to manually transfer booking emails but not joy. The problem persists.

Update: week 32 and I can only guess BlackBerry reading my post and fixed BlackBerry Travel because everything works perfectly again. Thank you BlackBerry )

  • BlackBerry Travel Email all broken...

So, before posting, I did my research on people with problems.  Mine is simple - I can not add a secondary to my account on travel.blackberry.com.  I always get informative, "Impossible to execute the query (General error)".

    This guy cannot change sound:

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/T5/Web-and-WebWorks-development/BlackBerry-travel-constant-error...

I get the same error as him.  It is quite climb!  Someone can it correct NICELY.  Please, I beg you!

    Thank you

    Mark

Yep - only on entry, and then clicking Add. I even went so far as to enter another email with the same domain, which was a - OK. Remove the [email protected] and replace it with the inactive user doesn't = no dice. Same mistake. It's the slap! I wonder if they recorded it somewhere else in the system? (Re: it is mapped to another user of travel). I have never used the system before is a bit weird. I even went and tried to get into some e-mail to worldmate addresses to see if there is a conflict - no record.

  • BlackBerry App Blackberry Travel Calendar Sync

I've just updated to the latest version of Blackberry Travel for my Z10 (ver. 3.1.0.6) and I still can't get my hotel reservations to sync my calendar. My Hotels appear in my travels, but will NOT sync with my calendar. I don't have hotels in Calendar Sync. Do I put everything to sync to make it work? Any help would be appreciated.

    * Edit I just change my EVERYTHING with my calendar synchronization settings. All that shows is my "travel". No flights, no hotels. I do something wrong or is this a bug with the trip of Blackberry?

    * Edit again * I uninstalled and then reinstalled and now my itinerary synchronize completely. Problem solved.

    Hi npisano,

Thanks for the update and glad that you were able to get your trip to synchronize.

    Wish you a good time

  • BlackBerry App Blackberry Travel and Thomson Airlines

Thomson Airlines and TOM flight codes are not recognized when reached an agreement on TRIPS, but are listed when searching for flights between destinations. If the details are entered manually on a trip, the lack of a flight code prevents subsequent editing as the app requires a flight Code.

    Hey ricjon,

Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

    Thanks for the question.

Thomson Airlines is not on the list of supported for BlackBerry travel providers.  Check this list for more information: http://blackberry.worldmate.com/supported_providers.php

  • BlackBerry smartphones who travel in China

I will travel to China in March 2011. I was wondering if there is a Chinese prepaid sim card I can temporarily use blackberry (bb Messenger, navigation) for a month while I'm there?

If there is, I should release my identification number of the provider of services of blackberry in my country that I am currently using?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello!

I spent some time in China last year, but never actually did exactly as you request. I used a unlocked BB (Torch) and obtained a China Unicom SIM with voice services and SMS only... I did not attempt to use the services of BIS-level this device. I had a second (Storm2) BB with me, it was on international roaming ASBL, so I was able to have all my services BIS/Bes, come to me that BB (as well as telephone calls to the my number we VZW). I simply used the torch as my phone in the country to stay in touch with my contacts there while I was there.

Now, that being said, I've heard people who "come out" with the reception of their BIS services for a short period once that they change carriers. Maybe it's that, if you were indeed get your unlocked BB and get a SIM card from a carrier of China, you can continue to receive your BIS services via your existing carriers BIS (fuelling just above the aircraft carrier from China). But, the thing given how restrictive are in China, I wouldn't count on it.

Best advice - find someone who speaks fluent Mandarin, English and talk about BB... to tell them about the details of what you want to do and have them help interface you with the carrier in China.

BTW - for what I needed, I found service on China Unicom to be much more reliable than China Mobile. She also tends to be faster (for data). I've been able to determine by directing my Storm2 to wander on one or the other and determined that, when I was (Beijing) China Unicom had superior coverage.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Travel - travel automatic scan keeps resetting to off

I have automatic trip scanning turned on in trip of Blackberry, but sometimes when I go in the app, I can see that it is no longer enabled. This has happened several times and I'm sure that I've not turned off manually it. Is this a known issue?

  • BlackBerry Smartphones international travel - England

I was in England at Christmas and I could send and receive texts (no problem), I could receive emails fine, but when I tried to send an email, she would not cross.  Icon next to him was a clock and it just sat there and never sent.  I thought they would go through the next time he checked for emails, but this never happened.  I went through all the adjustment options, and I don't see what could be the problem.  I have a data plan with AT & T unlimited and as I said I could receive emails fine.  I was usually connected to the O2 or Orange network while I was there.  I also had this problem in Amsterdam.  I am about to leave for England again on Wednesday, can someone help me with this problem?  Thank you!

Unlimited data on ATT plans are nothing unusual and they still offer them.

The reason for which you were able to receive emails... you have the BlackBerry data Plan on your account and you have Service directories for your e-mail. Look at your Bill, you may very well be charged for abandonment of the use of US data at a higher rate. Be careful and check.

SMS is totally different - no data, a different plan, have nothing to do with the data plan.

  • BlackBerry smartphones who travel in Spain

I am a Canadian user and will travel to Spain in the near future. My question is: even of the BBM Will work and if so there will be a surcharge if I BBM friends at home.

    Thanks in advance,

    Pete.

You will need to connect your mobile operator with Bell, and inquire about any international data plan, while traveling in Spain. The details vary from one company to the company, and you will need to get specific Bell's costs.

That said, Yes, BBM works. If it costs extra while you travel at the international level will depend on the policy and a plan, you have in place on a trip to Bell.

    Good luck.

  • Charger blackBerry travel/wall Passport question

Anyone have a recommendation for a travel charger / wall that really works with a passport of BB? Knit all those I bought on Amazon.com at first, but eventually stop functioning (in a few weeks), including those with BB logo and claim to be OEM. It's a new passport, so I did not thing the port is damaged... so the recommendations would be appreciated and could please tell me where you bought it?... thamks!

Best IMO is the charger of the Playbook

I have one at home, work and garage and used on each Bold 9700, torch, z10, q10, z30, Priv, Playbook, HS 700 and more.

with 1900 my it will load most devices quickly as well

I'm going to buy 2 for my kids lg phones and one for my friends s5

  • BlackBerry BlackBerry Travel App

My apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, but as long as I don't know it's on how someone can give me any indication in that respect when travel BlackBerry will be available for my Z10 to the United Kingdom?  A very useful application, used a lot on my Torch 9800. Anxious to see 10 BlackBerry.

    Hi bs342,

There is no official notification on the available date. But we find recon I would not take too long as the app by RIM. I know that it is a very useful application to all BB users.

  • BlackBerry App on BlackBerry travel

I recently deleted a trip by mistake. It is a detail of flight that was added by sending the details to [email protected]. Now, I'm not able to add detail once again. My question is, if I delete all details on the application of trip flight, also cancel my actual flight bookings?

No, it's not cancel reservations. You can manually add any flight you want in BBTravel, however.
