  I had 2 problems:

  Only other thing I can think is to wipe the device. If you want to make a backup of your device first, go to the backup and restore | Backup copy. Then, on the device, go to Options | Security options | Settings General, hit the menu button, choose wipe Handheld. This will clear all data from the device.
