  1. on your home screen, press Menu > SHOW ALL, so that ALL DISPLAY is checked.
  2. look in EVERY folder on your device... Applications, instant messaging, downloads, etc.
  If you don't see it still, look at the Options > device > application management. Do you not see it listed there?

  1. You have more than one pack of BB OS installed on the PC, which is confusing for the desktop software.
  2. The package of BB OS does not exactly match your BB model... I don't know if '9800 M"(in the name of the file) and '9800' (what you declare you to be) are considered to be exactly the same thing or not.

I tried to watch a you tube vidios on MSN and you get an error message, but I am able to switch to Firefox and watch the vidio even without problem.
