  This has been asked before and solved... you have a problem of memory... you must have at least 12 MB of free space for the phone works smothly. If you have not yet get a memory card and move your photos and videos on memory card. and ringtones downloaded... to find out what the status of your file is click on options of--> the situation and see what your file free it is another thing that could help is to do a battery pull, then do step above... Also make sure you have all internet programs running in the background IE: weatherbug... it causes continually downloads of data... clear your browsing history by going to a browser opened by clicking on menu, then options and then cache and clear your history... There are other measures to help, but I don't see any at the present time...

  Weird that they are unable to help you.

  Open your main Messages folder > Menu > view folder > look in your file browser push or WAP Push and delete these messaages.

  If you use Gmail app. As much as I know there is no BB AOL application itself like Gmail app.

  But you can incorporate into your AOL via BIS account (http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/software/internet.jsp) and gmail account can be integrated in the same way. This way, your e-mail will be pushed the same corporate e-mail, without having to chk mailed on the app.

  I am currently using a Blackberry Curve 9300 3 running on os 6 (6.0.0.448) and every time I have download Appworld, it does not appear on my home screen. It started when I upgraded BB Appworld

  1.I have clicked on the button "Show all" and it does not appear

  2. I checked in all folders.

  3. several reinstalations, but no positive results

  4. several device restarts / battery/tire factory restarts have been tempted, but no positive results

  5. when I look under application management, Blackberry Appworld (3.1.4.25) IS installed

  It seems that others have this problem as well, but someone knows how to solve this problem! (It also seems that RIM has no suggestion on its help desk page)

  But it seems that the I found the way to solve this problem by myself. And I hope this will help others.
  1. downgrade your device
  2. download Blackberry Appworld
  3. (updated all the apps that have had the same problem)
  4. update your device
  5. your device will now Appworld and all the other apps that had conflicting problems.

  It turns out that downgrade your device would force allows you to install an older version of App World (which will work). After the upgrade of your device (which will install a new fresh OS) App World will be updated as well in a State where she works on the device without any problems. You can now use App World to download all the other apps that had the same problems.

  Before I can get by email or phone on my BlackBerry, I must first click OK several times to dismiss the calendar to display notifications. Is there a way to disable these notifications?

  I use mainly my BlackBerry during the day, so accumulate calendar notifications. Then in the evening I want to check emails or make a quick call. I wake up the BlackBerry and am forced to click OK several times to remove all notifications of calendar before I can read an email or make a call.   To turn off notifications, go to your calendar, press the menu key and choose Options. Select the calendar you want to disable. Change the option to display reminders to no. that will eliminate pop-up reminders on your BlackBerry for this calendar.  If you have reminders of several calendars, for each affected.

  Go to options, click Advanced options, host Routing Tables, enter. DO NOT CLICK on any list.
  Press the menu key and select sign up now.
  You will receive a verification email. Then go into the settings of e-mail and send service directories.
  You will receive an email by account. You should now have the icon to email back.
