BlackBerry® Smartphones email opens on the old message

Every time I open my email it will the same message from a month ago.  How can I get the email to open the current date or a more recent message?

Open your message list... Press the T key to go to the top of the list (new message).

Your device will remember where you are in the list when you close your messages folder and open this place next time.

And by pressing the B button, you will join the main (oldest) message in the list.

  • Email opens and an old message view (s)

On my iPad Air only (other devices do this), when I open the mail, the email is an old email.  It is now an e-mail of January 6. I have to manually scroll upward, and even after the most recent emails and closing mail, when I reopen it Mail, it goes back to January 6 by email.  It has been done for several weeks and made change your old email, she has been put in place (but I could have forced to change by removing one).

Any ideas what is causing this behavior?  Or how to do show the most common email during the opening of the Mail app.

Mail opens on the last selected before closing message.

Also when I make a call the "My number" shows the number of my brother.

Is there a way to fix this. He needs to unregister somewhere. He needs to go to his carrier Version to change something?

For the mail issue seems to send me a copy is the only way to go, right?

    This would be a solution.

And on the BRI, my test was on a PC, it did not work...  Anyway, I was going to connect to the BIS to work on my question above, but seems that it does not help now, then it does not matter if I enter or not.

Well, it's quite strange... I just used who link me (from a PC) and get my BIS account very well. You can, however, use the interface for device BIS - watch this demo that I you provided above for instructions on this. BIS is simply a service provided by your operator. The PC/Web site method and device interface - these are simply two different interfaces in the same Department, so using one or the other is not serious... they cause the same thing.

    Good luck!

    Any advice?

  • Voicemail for the removal of blackBerry Smartphones without listening to the entire message

One of my children made a habit of 'butt dialing' me by mistake, leaving messages of 5 minutes.  Lack of knowledge what else to do, I have to listen to him walk around with a voice hushed for a full 5 minutes before I can hit "7" to remove the message.  There must be a better way forward quickly at the end of a message. I tried all the keys as well as the # and *... Help!

So you kick 7 is not fast enough?

Delete, repeat, fast forward, etc., keyboard shortcuts for your voicemail come from your operator, not BlackBerry. You should check with your carrier about voice shortcuts.

For example, on mine, typing press the 3 deletes the virtual machine.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Email opening

I put emails in place to come to my office and my BB: I was checking schedules today and they took between 2 and 15 minutes to get to my BB? Does anyone know if you can set the BB to check new emails at times or it'll always be random? I really need to be get as soon as possible once they get on the server - they are not the blackberry e-mail accounts

    Thank you

On a personal account of BIS, the button now closer has no function, no need to use it.

IMAP e-mail accounts will push your BlackBerry device immediately (a few seconds). Yahoo, Gmail and those hosted by GoDaddy are examples of this.

E-mail accounts POP push on a cycle of 2-15 minutes:

If you receive the e-mail, the server checks again in two minutes for new mail. If it is present, he sends and checks again in two minutes again. Etc., and so on. After a few steps from mail 'new' cycles, it will be 15 minutes before checking and even once - no mail, 15 minutes more, etc., until it finds the mail.

    This is how it works.

  • BlackBerry smartphone email sent to the alias address does not appear on BB

I have a University e-mail address ([email protected]) that works very well with my Blackberry. I also have an alias name in the same University ([email protected]) - a different format for the name of the address and the domain name, but its an alias on the same Exchange Server. Electronic mail addressed to me at the address alias does not to the Blackberry, but appears on the University e-mail reader. I'm unable to set up the e-mail address alias name in the Blackberry because the University server does not recognize the name of the alias as a login ID is valid.

Hello and welcome to the community!

I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts.
