  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope someone can shed some light on why I can't load any 8700 games on my Blackberry. I use the loader application media manager and every time it comes up with the following message:

  "The following modules can not be loaded because their digitalsignatures were not valid."

  The .cod files and my 8700v isn't about RIM 4.2

  Any help much appreciated.

  Hi iv had my phone for 2 weeks now, it worked fine until I restarted the phone last week and now am unable to connect download applications. I have connection inside, autheticates and then just say loading do not know how long it last, but I gave up after half an hour of him just "loading". When I click the back button it says I agree to the terms but I can not because it does not load.

  Hello everyone, I have downloaded a few ".jad" file on my BB Playbook (32GB). Is there a way to load or run files. They are appointed; 'BrownApocalypseDemo.jad & Chatbuddie9jawap.jad'. I used the "Navigator" application to try to see/load files.

• BlackBerry smartphone App Loader me don't say "no new found for this device" or something like that

  I go and around this issue - I know that in addition to the DM, I need to have the OS installed on my laptop.   I must own up to not being a really savy with the DM - when I went on the application loader and finally 'scrolled' down to see what was there, the software was there, all I had to do was check the box and it loaded correctly.

  Sometimes, I just pop around way too fast and assume that it does not work.

  Remove the battery from the device to reboot.  Then connect to DM.  You can then reload the backup file was made using the 'file' menu in the backup/restore in DM application.

  Not sure why DM does not connect again.  I hope that the restart will fix it.  Also, you can restart the computer too, if it still does not connect.

  Free space - 7.0 GB

  Looks like there should be enough space.

  IM new to the blackberry lounge.  My question is, when you go to the website of radio station, and you want to listen to the station live on your blackberry.  How can you listen to live radio.  I have a blackberry curve 8320 and I went on a site of the radion station.  Management told me that if I wanted to listen to listen to the live radio just click on listen now.  I click on listen now and I get a java script error.  If anyone can be Assistant to me I would really appreciate it.

  I am trying to download photos taken on my BB storm without real success.

  I tried to use the storm as a mass storage device, but the only folder that it displays is the music.

  I tried media synic, but once again all it shows are music files.

  I recently installed your room and now my ringtones are all silent. I uninstalled your room (I had never even tried one of their tones), but I still have everything I get now is vibrate even if I put my profile for Loud. I went to the file responsible for pre ringtones and even if they are all there, they have no sound. They are all listed at 0:00 duration.

  Can anyone suggest how I can recover the original ringtones. ? If I do a restore from a previous backup should file I restore?

  I have a Blackbery curve 8520. Until recently he worked perfectly but it has since not load websites, even when connected to the internet. My BBM works perfectly however. I have saved, rebooted and ensured that data services are on. I contacted my network provider and they said it's a blackberry issue thean rathr a network one.

  Any help is greatly appreciated, I really want to listen to these automated messages on the hotline more.

  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

If not, then you will need to contact your mobile service provider for formal support... for the last time, again they you brushed OFF... even if the problem is on the EDGE (btw... BB is a device, RIM is the company that manufactures the BBs), your support channel always starts with your carrier... they have the power to escalate your case in RIM free of charge for the user end... There is no other way by which you can receive free formal support from the RIM... actually, these forums are not similarly supported RIM , but rather to the users.
