  This is my first time on a forum, so sorry for any errors.

  First of all, I will introduce myself, I'm a Dutch girl and I have a BlackBerry 8900 Curve, unfortunally is no longer with the internet because I moved to Spain. I have still a few Dutch and I want to keep it this way. Although I have my phone (approximately) 2 or 3 years, I never took the time to sync with my laptop. But now I did, because I want a list of all my addresses and not the addresses of e-mail, but all the names and numbers on my phone. So I installed and updated the software, but now I can find what I'm looking for on my laptop. My laptop runs on vista. I searched the forums, but I can't.

  The Device Manager gives three options to synchronize my addresses with (hoping these are the addresses that I want)

  Option 1 Application Native to Windows Vista

  Option 2 ASCII importer/exporter

  Option 3 Yahoo!

  Don't have an idea of what the first and second options are... and I don't use Yahoo.

  Third, it made me think that it is on e-mail addresses and not all the names and numbers... So now, I tried the first option, and everything is fine... Accept the fact that I can't find the info (or list) anywhere.

  I hope you or someone can help me, and I'm sorry, but this is all new to me.

  I was ve download and install free and paid apps with no problem, but today it is impossible to download anything from the PC or Smartphone.

  but once I don't connect no more...

  My carrier doesn't have answers for these problems...

  I m still not able to use the web application (web appworld) to download and install the free or paid apps, but now I can do it through my phone and a paypal account

  I'm new to the Forum and I would like to know how do I answer a question that is part of an answer to a question, I presented

  Click on the 'Reply' link at the bottom of the message you want to reply.  If you want the text of the message appear in your answer, click on the button "design - tender" instead.

  You can remove the material in the shaded box indicating the "quote" If you want to focus on only part of the message to which you are replying.  It is common to replace the parts removed from the material mentioned by the phrase [snip] or similar to indicate that something has been removed.

  Depending on which browser you use, you may not be able to type in the answer box that appears when you click 'Reply' or 'Quote' until you first click the text in the original message (don't ask why).

  If someone answers a question you raised, or that there are useful, it is courteous to you to acknowledge marking their post (not your own) as the answer, or giving their position a "useful vote".

  I just deleted google sync app to my BB and took the advice of RIM here to allow syncing of my BB calendar with my google calendar - http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=KB24204&sliceId=2&cm...

  However, despite advice it is certainly not true that "contributions sent the BlackBerry smartphone are synchronized with the calendar based on the web in a few seconds." I saw an entry on gmail after 10 minutes and I'm still waiting for the others.

  Is there a known issue with this? I have no problem with the network at all.

  If please try reebooting your phone and connect to your google calender after 5 minutes.

  It is a push browser message.  Go to the main Messages folder, and then press the BB menu key.  Select view folders and check in the folder browser Messages.  The message should be there.  You can see it, and then delete it.

  Here's an attempt at some answers for you:

  1. do not know... I have not really tried to watch TV on my phone.  I hope someone else can answer that for you.

  2 live radio... What you mean?  Are you referring to a specific application?  I know that there is a program called Slacker Radio which is available in the United States who are supposed to be great (as I am across the border to the North, I don't get to use it ).

  3. press the green phone button.  Upward at the top, click the call button (the one in the middle), press the BB menu button, scroll down to Options, and then under call to the log, select None.  You will always get messages that you have missed a call (as with other phones), but you will not get a message you record Messages more.

  4. to change your icon screen before (homescreen) order, select the icon you want to move up, press the BB Menu, select move, then just place it where you want and click on the screen, or press Menu of BB to confirm the move.

  I got the pocketmac for my Pearl but with my curve it would not work so I trashed it and tried to download it again but when I get the new version of pocketmac from the menu down and click Next, it rises, but has no place for me to download.  I can get everything to download (if I wanted to), but not the new version.   in managing Email accounts, I can access my e-mail with my BB username and password settings, a new BB device is detected and I can choose to move my e-mail account, but I get the following error after I entered my e-mail password and select 'enable '. :

• Lack of blackBerry Smartphones invite option during the creation of a new encounter

  My BB 8310 works very well... all of a sudden my participant "invited" to a meeting went away from my calendar.  I return my service books several times and deleted and added my as well email account and still I am unable to revisit the option "invite participants".  The same thing happened to me almost 1 year there when I changed to a new 8310 but I read a blog somwehre I need to delete something, and he'll give me the back option "invite participants".  For the life of me I can't find the instructions of thos... Can anyone help? I really need this option when you create the appointment on my calendar of BB.

  Look at option > advanced > default of services. You have your default calendar selected, associated with the correct e-mail profile?

  The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

  (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

  2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

  (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

  (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

  • http://us.BlackBerry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp
  • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.
  • Use this KB to help you choose the good alternative OS to include the language you want:
  • • Article ID: KB05305 Location of support for BlackBerry smartphones

  5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

  • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
  • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

  6 (a) to change your level of BB OS installed (at level or lower), you can run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC.

  6 (b) or, for recharging your BB OS level installed as well to change, work around the Desktop software and use the CHARGER. EXE directly, through step 2 in this process:

  • Note Although written to "recharge" and the storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade or recharge any BB device model - depends on the operating system package you download and install on your PC.

  If, during the process of 6a or 6 b, your BB has an error '507', simply unplug the USB of the BB cord and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue. During the process, when it presents you with the screen of the things Application Loader to install on your device, make sure to develop options and select all items that relate to your desired language.

  Once the operating system is loaded, you can proceed with the activation of the language you want and restoring your backup (on the device).

  If you are on a MAC, you are limited to only your sanctioned carriers OS packages... but can still use any level they currently have to sanction. See this procedure:
