BlackBerry Smartphones how can I get a refund?

I bought a Blackberry App World - phone remote desktop - app.  Despite my best efforts, I couldn't make it work.  I contacted the support, which has asked a few questions, after which they stopped you can answer to any of my emails.

The application was not expensive--it cost me GBP1.99.  But this is not the point - if the developer won't respond to my requests polite for support so I want my money.  On the site of BB App World there is no way to signal this soft or developer or anything.  On Apple / iPhone, it's very simple to do.

After failing to contact the support, I gave a review of the application.  My ISC exam "avoid this app - I downloaded it and it didn't work." Support don't answer my emails".  The review appeared for a day, then it was deleted.  Strange that!

Can anyone help?  I can't say that I'm tempted to download anything but free applications in the future.

Call your support of technology provider of mobile services by contract to you and AppWorld and BlackBerry, provide support for the AppWorld and will manage it. You can ask that the question be wound up to a support technique level RIM.

Would you who is the developer?
