BlackBerry smartphones, I can't connect to the 3G network

I use my Bold 9700 and where I should be in 3G I'm just on the EDGE, I tried searching manually with 2G & 3 G enabled but I can still only connect to 2G

The first thing I would say is that you deposit by an O2 shop and get a SIM swap for the new SIM card, later they have.

I know for a fact that there are the number of iterations of SIM cards and with new technology, new 3G, etc., which might solve your problem.

Hi there, I really hope that someone can help me with this frustrating problem. I have a Verizon Blackberry Curve 8530 I bought on eBay. I have not had any problems to get the phone activated and it worked like a champ. A few days earlier, the battery got very low and my connections disabled. I charged the phone and now it won't let me connect to the mobile network! When I select the option it tries to connect and a red 'X' appears and it does not connect. However, it WILL connect to WiFi. WTF.

    Hello

My Blackberry Torch can not connect to the internet browser today.  I'm in Ajax which is just east of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I am on a regular monthly basis plan and don't think I've changed all the settings.

Where should I start looking for a solution?

    Thank you

Try a battery pull if you please, with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot the device. This will clear all hide as restarting a PC. Then try again and see if the problem persists.

  • After a clean install of Windows 7, I can't connect to the wireless network and more problems...

I recently did a clean install of genuine copy of Windows 7 Home Premium to clear unwanted programs all on my computer. Because the product key are disabled unexpectedly.

The installation works fine, but after the installation. I can't connect to a wireless network, because there is no network adapter installed on the computer.

Also, I can't set my screen resolution of 1366 x 768. Before any new install, the screen resolution sets to 1366 x 768 as native and recommended screen resolution. Now, I'm stuck at the screen resolution 1024 x 768. I need to change the graphics card so my laptop screen can support 1366 x 768? If necessary, please give me instructions on how to do this.

    Thank you.

  • BlackBerry smartphones, I can't connect to Internet with WIFI

    Hello!

First of all, sorry for my so bad English but I am French ;-)

    I'm so desperate!

I have a Blackberry Curve 8520. I bought it in July. It worked very well, but since 3 months ago, I can't connect the BB Internet (with WiFi or WAP).

I tried a lot of Wi - Fi, I tried all the options and now I'm so desperate... Nothing works for me.

    Can someone help me please?

How do you see that you are not connected...?

Do you have a data Plan on your mobile account valid BlackBerry?

Or are you ONLY using WiFi?

Open your browser > Menu key > Options > Explorer and a game the browser to HotSpot and save.

Now, go back to the browser and IF you are connected to a WiFi router, your browser will only work.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones problem for you connect to the internet

    Hello

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8120 and it is set up to browse the internet at home via Wi - Fi but when I'm away from home and try to access the internet I get the message "this is a Wi - Fi service.  Please make sure that your device is equipped with a Wi - Fi enabled and try again".

I was devoted to the management of the connections/mobile network options/connection preference and this changed to mobile network only, but I get the same error message to activate the Wi - Fi connection.

Please could someone advise how I can access the internet, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Ah, well, that answers the question. The data Plan, that's what you need to access the wireless data network when not connected to a WiFi network.

  • Application of blackBerry Smartphones Email Setup cannot connect to the server.

We lived in Dubai and moved home to Omaha NE.  We had ATT go phones for Omaha, BB makes bold to Dubai. I took the my ATT sim put in bold, and everything worked perfectly.  I did the same for Ken and his phone and SMS works, but email will not send or receive. His "BOLD" is a little newer than mine 9780.

When I click on setup of e-mail, the application initialization displays this message, "your device had a problem connecting to the server to try again Cancel" we have ATT connections and Wi - Fi and Bluetooth connection works.  The GPS knows where we are.  I can't understand the problem.

Hello and welcome to the community!

I think you need to talk to AT & T. From what I can see, that it looks not to the network AT & T natively supports the 9780 for automatic recording of THS and automatic distribution of maintenance book, which are necessary in order to receive all exclusive services BB (including e-mail). In addition, you must be a subscriber to a package of data from AT & T that activates the services you want - I doubt that the plan 'go' includes BB services.

What I think is happening is that your BB continues to receive services of BIS of the carrier of Dubai, even if your BB is flowing on the ATT network. This can happen, but only until he discovers the carrier of Dubai and it stops at their end. I suspect that for Ken carrier of Dubai has already stopped all services... from where the reason why his BB can get no exclusive BB service.

Get a BB to work on a medium that is not natively supported the specific model number is very very tricky... you can usually get services voice-level (for example, calls, voice mail, SMS), and sometimes even generic data services (for example, web browsing), but not exclusive data BB services (BBM, email, etc..).

Then, talk to AT & T to be sure that you can use in fact entirely of these devices on their network... you need to ask him the question very specifically-"your network natively supports it of my 9780 for automatic recording of HRT and Service delivery book?"

Good luck and let us know!

  • BlackBerry smartphones, I can't scroll to the top

I can't scroll to the top and it is not a software problem, I am looking for another way to scroll to the top in my conversations

To scroll to the top, try SHIFT + SPACEBAR. It should work specifically in the lists (like your messages folder), in emails and in the browser. I remember specifically in the case of BBM. But you can test.

    SPACEBAR = scroll down

Shift + space = scroll up
