  Assure us that first that no other application is using the file.

  Start your Blackberry in safe mode.

  Use the option of the Explorer in the main menu of the media to locate and delete the file.

  (Procedures with pictures are listed below).

  When you are finished with the file, and then restart (battery pull) your device in normal mode.

  On your BlackBerry, go to Options > device > Application Management and then highlight the app in question and press Menu > delete.

  Same thing here! I remove film and photo stream (alternating order film, then Photo Stream > next > Photo Stream, and then camera roll). Close app after each attempt (he flicking upwards to remove it from the race). Then reopen photos app and the photos reappear magically. Help!   With iCloud library enabled, you cannot delete a photo on a device (or iCloud.com) without deleting each device which uses iCloud photo library (iCloud.com). In order to save space on your mobile devices (and indeed your Mac if you want to) turn on the optimization of the pictures on these devices (settings > photos & camera > optimize storage on your mobile device and Photo preferences > optimize storage on your Mac)

  Judging by the comments in AppWorld, it looks like last update of the Facebook #RIM for #Blackberry broken upload photo. After reading a few threads here, I tried pulling the battery, delete - reinstall the app, take smaller pictures, removing information geo-tagging and checking permissions. I always get an unknown error 2010.

  I can download to send an email and Twitter without any problem.

  I hope this gets fixed soon. It seems that there are a lot of people out there with this problem.

  There were actually several steps that should be performed before selling it... refer:

  • Article ID: KB05099 Steps to take before selling or after the purchase of a used BlackBerry smartphone

  The WIPE on the device would have taken care to remove the association between this device and your BBID. You can then simply use this BBID even on another device, and that person would have none to use this same BBID because they would not know the password.

  It is possible (a feature!) to have multiple devices on a single BBID, but the result is what you are experiencing. So I believe that the only remedy, it is that the new owner must WIPE this device and start again, leaving you with exclusive control over your BBID.
