  This is normally a message 'Level 1' flag.  Messages coming in and are set up as 'Level 1' will be highlighted... in your case, red, in other models and providers that they can be bold.

  To change to normal email (Google, Yahoo!, etc.), connect to your provider's Web site and go to where you Manager your email addresses through their service.  Check the filters that you have for the phone... you can then add or edit to designate which emails come out as 'Level 1' messages highlighted.  I have mine set for my wife, for example.

  You can try to restore the missing option by the reinstatement of your device. Go to Options | Advanced options | The host routing table. • BlackBerry Smartphones missing on my Storm lightning bolt theme. Can someone tell me how to get it?

  I bought my Storm the day of the release of my local Verizon. The theme, with what he came is a red screen with the check from Verizon. No offense to Verizon, but I don't want the theme.   Need help once again.

  Whenever I get a call & I don't want to take it, I press the RED button.

  Make that leap tiggers a call notifiaction missed in my box MESSAGE.

  Then I have to go to the MESSAGE box, and either open the notification (mark as read)

  or delete - to delete the number of messages coming on top.

  Is in any way as this notification of missed call doesn't come them.

  Once you go in your journal/phone call icon, press menu, then go to Options. Then go to Call Logging. You can set the logging of calls to zero

  Hi everyone, I hope that someone else has had this problem before.

  I 880 BlackBerry handset which has 6 missed calls, showing on the top of the home screen, but I deleted all phone logs and missed calls as described elsewhere in these forums.

  Anyone know how to clear this? It's incredibly frustrating!

  Wipe the call log database fomr the handset using Desktop Manager

  Backup/restore - advanced - Phone Call Logs - clear.

  If the phone call log is gray, plugged in the Dungeon of the HH and go to Options (key) - Advanced - service book and delete the desktop computer [book of synchronization service}.

  Now wil Options can be highlighted and you can disable the selected database option.

  Missed calls can be removed from your list of messages, if you want to. From the home screen, press the green call button, press the menu/blackberry button and click 'options '. Go to "Call logging" and set it to 'none '. That will remove the missed calls from the message list, but not your call logs.

  Hey! Problem with my Blackberry Curve, I bought yesterday:

  I spent my layout of the home screen of the Zen icon as a minute before to decide, I didn't like it and came back to the icon. In my layout of the icon, I had two folders ("Applications" and "Games" If you're curious) with various applications in them. Now, the icons disappeared when I click on the folder, and that the word "Options" will appear at the bottom of the screen. The icons appear for a fraction of a second if I click on the folder and then click on the Red/home button, which is not useful, but icons will not appear if I hit the back button only.

  I tried to turn off my Blackberry and turn back to nothing is helping. Help is greatly appreciated.

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.

  Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.

• Applications blackBerry Smartphones missing in my world

  I had to do a WIPE on my BB and chose to use the option to let third-party applications installed to save the hassle of reinstall and configure them.  So now when I connect to App World / My World is empty.  How can I get the apps in my world, I have installed from the App World?  I don't want to reinstall it on the BB, if necessary, it will reconfigure all options/settings for each application.

  I have a Blackberry Curve 8530 (Verizon).  This red circle with the letter W in the Middle appeared yesterday next to the symbol of the envelope for new msgs, etc at the top of the main screen.  It has a small arrow on the lower right edge and a number 1 next to it.  What is c?  And where to go to open, read or see what it means?

  The notice says you have an application that you previously downloaded or purchased in App World > My World, which is ready for an upgrade on your device. Look there for the upgrade.

  To clear the notification on the screen, find the alert message in your main folder, read or delete it.

• BlackBerry Smartphones missed calls are missing!

  I am very new to the BlackBerry platform and just start getting used to my new Pearl 8130.  When I miss a call, it says that I have a missed call, but for the life of me, I can't find a way to see who has call I missed. In the call log, it shows a box where I can enter numbers to call, and from there I can also access the calls I placed. I'm sure that there is an incredibly easy solution to my dilemma I'm simply dominating, but can someone help me here?

  to start, go to your phone app: phone app-> blackberry button (left side of the trackball)-> call logging-> make sure you all calls is selected.  see if this fixes your problem, if not, made me know and we'll see if my technical team can come up with solutions.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Double flashing red light after failed update - can not turn on!

  Hello! When I installed my BB Desktop Manager and connect for the first time in my Bold 9700, he asked if I'd like to update various features on my phone, to which I agreed.   Then raising THAT fix, I downloaded a new OS and redownloaded the Desktop Manager, but I get the same error.

  It's really depressing. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  JL_CMDR works fine in Win7. Don't launch from the file Explorer. Instead, open a command box (start > run > CMD). Then browse (just like in the BACK) where it is and run it from the command line.

  If I miss a call, links to my emails and text messages take me to my page calls instead. I am more able to access my emails or text messages.

  I can fix it temporarily by removing and replacing the battery... but it works until I miss another call.

  Any ideas?

  Try to check this option, your SMS messages will be paid to your main Inbox and not in a separate folder, for now.

  See if so, when you receive a missed call, what happens?
