  Did you delete the logs of calls using your device or Desktop Manager. If you haven't tried the Desktop Manager option, you can try to simply remove the call logs database by using the backup and restore and then click Advanced. Then scroll down to the phone call logs, then it empty. The advanced option came handy when I wanted to erase all my calendar entries.

  Missed calls can be removed from your list of messages, if you want to. From the home screen, press the green call button, press the menu/blackberry button and click 'options '. Go to "Call logging" and set it to 'none '. That will remove the missed calls from the message list, but not your call logs.

  I am very new to the BlackBerry platform and just start getting used to my new Pearl 8130.  When I miss a call, it says that I have a missed call, but for the life of me, I can't find a way to see who has call I missed. In the call log, it shows a box where I can enter numbers to call, and from there I can also access the calls I placed.   to start, go to your phone app: phone app-> blackberry button (left side of the trackball)-> call logging-> make sure you all calls is selected.  see if this fixes your problem, if not, made me know and we'll see if my technical team can come up with solutions.

  My Blackberry "BOLD" was originally setup for Blackberry Enterprise Server from my employer.  Yesterday, I needed to use it in this way to a personal device.  When I turned off the "BOLD" and he turned his back, several icons of the application are gone now - especially the Blackberry Messenger icon.  So I can not check my personal email using my "BOLD" account.

  Any suggestions?  I already used the Setup program to make the configuration of the e-mail for my personal e-mail account (which is a comcast.net account if it matters).  If I go to Contacts, it will allow me to send an email.  I can just check my incoming emails.

  Sometimes my phone acts as if it were the silent mode: a call comes in and I can see it on the screen, but it does not have a ringing sound.   I had this problem too, and the only solution was to reboot the phone and then remove the battery.  I brought back to the cell shop where I got it; they had placed the phone software updated and location of PRL, they even tried wiping the own phone electronically.

  It was an intermittent problem, so I had to constantly check to see if the ringer would work.  If the cell store eventually brought down and replaced by a new.  Now I think it works very well.  Touch wood.

  It does not seem to turn on missed calls, just tried it on BB my wife.

  Personally, I use app BeBuzz (not free) of the Blackberry app world. It is very good because you can activate different signals led colorful for different people, missed calls, emails etc.

  This has been asked before and solved... you have a problem of memory... you must have at least 12 MB of free space for the phone works smothly. If you have not yet get a memory card and move your photos and videos on memory card. and ringtones downloaded... to find out what the status of your file is click on options of--> the situation and see what your file free it is another thing that could help is to do a battery pull, then do step above... Also make sure you have all internet programs running in the background IE: weatherbug... it causes continually downloads of data... clear your browsing history by going to a browser opened by clicking on menu, then options and then cache and clear your history...   My call log lists only the missed calls (dialed or received calls). He did this for a few weeks now. I received the error message 'exception: java.lang.NullPointerException eception' a few times as well.

  I checked all available software updates and I use the most recent software.

  I fixed it!  It took about an hour on the phone with t-mobile, but we thought about it.   For me, the problem was probably a few information corrupted in my call history.  I need to delete all the call history, and then it was fine.  To do this, you need to install the blackberry desktop manager on your computer if you have not already (be it from the cd that came with the phone or the Web site).  Open Fund Manager and connect the blackberry to the computer.  Select the backup and restore option.  Then, select the advanced option.  On the right side of the screen, there will be a list of all the features of the phone.  Scroll to phone call logs.  It lists the number of records in the phone.  All I had to do was remove all records from phone call and it was corrected.  Now my lists of newspaper calls dialed, received and missed and I no longer get the error message.  I hope it helps you too!
