BlackBerry smartphones open the file extension. BBB for my torch 9630

I need to open my backup files but the extension. BBB is not recognized.

Hello and welcome to the community!

The backup files are proprietary, intended only to serve as a source of data for the restoration of a BB. Therefore, they are not readable on the computer. But there are many 3rd party computer there applications that can analyze and present data in human readable format... search (e.g., Google) and you will find, I am sure.

Good luck!

  • problems .crd of opening the file extension under Vista 64-bit,

I have .crd files created by the cardfile program that was on older versions of Windows. Cardfile program does not work on Vista 64 bit. I need a way to open files in a usable format.

    Hello Moesch,

Thanks for posting on the Community Forums of Microsoft Vista.

You must associate the *. CRD Extension with the CardFile application. In Vista, by default, the extension of the CRD is associated with CardSapce.

    To change the file association:
    1. click on start and type CMD
    2. in the list right click on CMD and click "Run as Administrator".
    3. use the following commands to * change * the file association.
    a. type SCS .crd = CardFile31, and then press on enter
    b. Type ftype = C:\Windows\CARDFILE CardFile31. EXE %1 and press enter
    4. double-click the Cardfile.CRD file. It should open in the map file.

    It will be useful.

    Thank you and best regards,

  • BlackBerry Smartphones opening media files

Using the BlackBerry Media Manager I transferred a number of audio files for my BlackBerry Curve. However, I don't seem to be able to play them. I did the following: during the transfer, I chose the conversion proposed for optimal playback. When I view the files on my BlackBerry (adding them as an attachment to an e-mail), I see that they are found on my press card and have the .m4a format, similar to other files that I can play. Mass storage mode (never used yet) my pocket computer is not connected to my computer. Also, I had a number of songs (albums) on my handheld I used to be able to access but cannot anymore, even if I see that they are still on my press card. Any suggestions?

After the download of several multimedia files on your Blackberry, sometimes you have to do a reset. It is done to remove the battery while the blackberry is in place, wait a bit, then plug it back. Your Blackberry will start up (can take up to a few minutes), then see if your files are better.

  • BlackBerry smartphones, deleting the files from music permanently

I've loaded about 3 000 songs on my Javelin and trimmed them up to about 1,000 of my absolute favorites. I tried to transfer to my computer in two ways... with Fund Manager and let XP do the work... but deleted music always comes again!

I tried a reset, reboot and everything I can think of doing the deletion of things go away, but it won't. Windows Media Player is on monitor only the new folder I created for Blackberry music, but my smartphone is quite smart to find all the stuff I was history.

My question: how the world can permanently delete you a file? I have checked the settings, but it can't know.

Thanks for any time you take to help out me.

If your music is on a media card, use Windows Explorer to view its contents and to view system and hidden files.

In each case, you will see a file named BBThumbs.dat. It's the indexing file, which contains information about the deleted files still. Just delete all the BBThumbs.dat files.

After unplugging the computer, when you enter the multimedia application, it will start again every 1000 remaining files from indexing. It may take some time but will end after a few minutes.

  • Cannot open the file Sanza.fuz for make room on sanza fuze

The battery on my sanza fuze was exhausted, and when it didn't keep on I thought the battery was dead. However, when I turned it on, it flashed on the screen a message

"not enough space for music DB. Please free 90 MB'

I'd do it, but all I get when I connect to the computer is a removable drive on my computer icon. I click on that, and then I get sanza.fuz. But I can not open sanza.fuz to remove anything that sanza will agree with that.

It is interesting to note that on the two computers I until now plugged in, I have two removable disks (on this one removable disk (E and removable disk (F.))) But it is the first which has the sanza.fuz, the other trying to open says "Please insert a disc into drive F:."

Does anyone know what is the problem?

  • BlackBerry Smartphones unlock the 8830 World Edition for use in Asia and the Canada

I have the BB8830, World Edition. I will leave the United States and will be in Asia and then in the Canada. I tried searching and found a few messages that guided me through unlocking phone, but it didn't work. Could someone help me with this task? Specifically, I see the 5 display UNKNOWN options and I checked for a SIM card in the BB, but it is not a, and the device is

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    SAL

If you move to Canada permanently, you will not be able to use only 8830 and use it on Bell or Telus Mobility. Currently, they do not support foreign NSE (electronic serial number). So, you will need to buy a phone that is sold by Bell or Telus Mobility.

  • BlackBerry smartphones erase the 'New Messages' icon for Blackberry Messenger

My Blackberry is configured to use Enterprise and our company does not allow access to BlackBerry Messenger (saying it is blocked by the company policy message if I try to run it). It's all right, I didn't want to hack the system, however, it seems that someone tried to send me a few messages using what I have an icon on the screen before showing 7 pending messages.

Is there a way I can delete these, or disable the icon, without being able to access the Messenger? I keep thinking that I have new messages or text messages in waiting!

    See you soon

OK, so if you are doing a new installation (use your browser to go to www.blackberry.com/messenger) and install the application again, it now appears under modules, and THEN you can click to uninstall it.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones after the installation of upgrades for applications, the restart does not end

When I reboot my phone after that I installed some updates for some applications, as usual--asked me to restart...

He restarted the phone, however not completely restarts not to my home screen. Instead, he's stuck on the screen of my network provider... (o2 welcome screen)

Im guessing it is always finished installing some updates, but it's been like this all night.

I did a battery pull and took out the SIM card and memory card, but it always seems to be stuck on the home screen of the network provider.

I had this problem last time, and I was informed of another forum to turn off the phone from the Off button on the phone, remove the battery and the memory card, reinsert the battery without the memory card.

It worked perfectly the last time. Now, then the home screen displays, if I press the off button, it is 'check security software' and turns off.

    Help please!

    Hi again.

    It seemed to have fixed.

I turned off the phone to the power button on the phone.

Removed the battery and the memory card.

    He left for 5 minutes

Re-insert the battery, without the memory card.

    And it starts up fine.

Insert the memory card, and it was recognized.

Now, the phone is normal, as it was before the updates.

Thanks for your help anyway. According to the research I did, that my problem with the splash screen and the issue of restarting AFTER upgrades of applications took place, is the correct method.

    I will accept the solution.

    Thanks again

  • Where is the file extension for Adobe Bridge? (Mac)

I am trying to install on Adobe Bridge output module. I am totally new to photoshop and Creative Suite. I can't find any information on bridge extensions at all. Here is the page that I found on the installation of the output module - http://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/install-output-module-bridge-cc.html

I downloaded but after that it is said to copy it in the folder of the extension. Where is the file extension? It is bridge? It is in the Finder? All information about extensions is very appreciated! What are extensions? What is the difference between file extension and the extension manager?

    Thank you!

The extensions and this file manager are different entities.

After installing CC Br compared to the creative clouds (https://creative.adobe.com/products), then follow the following steps to access the folder Extensions Br CC:

    1. Click on the menu go to.
    2. Then navigate to the folder
    3. Now paste depending on location/Library/Application Support / Adobe / Bridge CC Extensions

That would open the file Extensions CC Br, follow the steps as shown in the link for help to operate the AOM.

    Kind regards
