BlackBerry Smartphones please help me to clear my info

I got my Bold 9700 for almost 2 years.  I like it, but last week my usb port stop working.  I had done a backup on my computer a few days before, and I have a dock to load if it was no big deal, theres always bluetooth.  Well, on Sunday my screen went black.  It had rained hard, don't know if water got into it, but he felt hot on the right side of the phone and went black. Theres no sign of water on the sensors inside damage.  IM replace by my insurance, but must send this one back.  Is there anyway to destroy all my info? Cannot see the screen to activate bluetooth and cannot use the usb port.  I hate that I have personal information stored and send again.

If you are able to see the screen of your home screen go to Options > Security Options > Security wipe, check each of the three boxes, type "blackberry" down and click on clean up.  Which will remove everything that was on it when it left the factory.

    The fundamental problem is Blackbery Desktop Software for Mac, it is not 100% compatible with blackberry support cause can never fix my bb.

    Solution for me:

    1 - install windows with bootcamp (not VM, a lot of problems with the USB ports)

    2 - Download Device Software for 9860 and BDS... obiusly for victory.

    3. connect the devices "WITH BATTERY", very important.

    4 - click on "Update".

    5 take a chance for the BB server answer... and give you good news about your software.

    6. install and all you want to do for the recovery of your bb.
