  I just upgraded my Torch 9800 again (at least for AT & T customers) 6.0.0.526 (2342) OS and now AppWorld works again for me in Israel (have not tried WiFi - and I don't know if it's because the AppWorld is now available for all Israeli BB users or just roamers). I don't know if it is related to the upgrade (perhaps there is a new version of the AppWorld), but the boy I'm glad to have him back!

If you want to upgrade to windows 8, I believe that you will find no difficulty in finding the drivers for the HP product support page.
