  We have the problem that peripheral Blackberry doesn't synchronize with the server exchange since last week. This is valid for two (classic / Z30) among the four devices, the other ones (classic / Z10) are functioning normally. All have the 10.3.2.2474 version.

  I rebooted the unit and removed and rebuilt the e-mail account on the BB, but it doesn't help. Account settings are ok (no messages during installation).   I'm not 100% sure, but I think that there is a restart due to the update of the BONE last week. I don't know if this has coincided with the problem.

I use the same BB ID, but that must not have an invluence. I open the Blackberry world (on my 9900). It says I have to update the program. I can select put or close to level. So I use the upgrade. After that the program then change the web browser. After a ttime shor, a BB site is loaded and it says not found software. You have attempted to access a software downlad page that does not exist.   For the last two days, I was able to buy apps. The page that displays "Server / payment system is busy... try the operation later.» This, of course, is not a problem.   Nope... Check these settings. Even if they have been defined correctly, I even tried to change them and then changing their back... just in case there was a fluke of some kind. Still no luck. The other day, I thought I was getting somewhere because, rather than the 'payment system' message, a circle of rotation and the word "authenticate" appeared. Unfortunately, he never passed that point and hours later had to return the message "payment system". Any other suggestions?  Thank you for your efforts and time.

  Sorry... I just realized... I went to the BB world again... and realized that he was going to let me even pull down the 'payment options' tab at the top. I was going to see if there had been any changes made here by chance.

  BREAKTHRU... at least for me... I hope that it might work for others as well. I kept going through the questions/solutions here and other places and kind of tried a mish mash. Here are the steps I've lived and worked:

  * I have cleared the cache on Blackberry World, following instructions for playbook... There are different ways to erase it depending on your device.

  * Then, I deleted the cache and cookies on my browser and restarted my tablet... don't know if helped... but done anyway.

  * When everything started upward, I pulled up the Blackberry World and shot options of investment (which could eventually be consulted) and he showed my card correct information.

  * Although he gave me a chance to enter my credit card information, I was a little leery on this subject... so I decided to go and try to buy the application with the information, he must already have been stored... and everything worked FINALLY!

  After almost a month since the first message I still can not find the app.

  I'm disappointed with the BlackBerry (BB) assistance gives sellers. Everyone knows that BB had a few times really hard these past few years, but how can you expect to move forward if you can't stand your suppliers?

  The biggest drawback that BB has right now is the lack of applications. How do you as a seller to promote an application if he don't have a link to the application?

  I use jdeveloper 11.1.1.5. I have a form inside that I have some text boxes and few components more radio button and a few selectonechoice.
  I dragged two buttons below my page. Some of the components on the page have the required property = 'true '. My requirement is now one click of Button1 that it should check if the required fields are empty or not if those who are required, the fields are empty, then it should display an error. It works very well.
  
  But I don't want to check required fields not when Button2 is clicked. Even if the required fields are empty, I want to perform the action that I wrote on this click button2.

  Hi, hope someone can help us here. We have a password set on our playbook and when using Device Manager it works fine. When we go in the app world and try and download something, it asks the user and the password but we constantly says the password is incorrect. We changed the password nothing is done.   Hi, I have recently boght a second hand blackberry 8800, o2 and now a tesco in it sim card, running V 4.2.1.101.

  The problem is that I can't download app world.  I can navigate and use BBM so my blackberry is on?

  I called and checked with Tesco, and they can see that I have data plans etc., just need to update my OS.  But when I plug it into the computer and run a check of update he says that he has none is available.  In addition, the requirements for App world are V4.2 I have, so I'm getting a bit stuck now.

• BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry Protect does not allow for encryption?

  I did a search and could not find any previous article, so I'm...

  I recently installed BlackBerry Protect on my phone. I think it's a great application, with tons of potential to be useful. The only thing I'm a little unsure that is in order to make it work properly on my Bold 9900, I had to disable the encryption. The question I have, I hope someone out there can answer: is it a big deal / it's a smart trade-off? I don't know that much about encryption, but it sounds like something I'd like to have (can you never have a lot of security in a handheld computer?)

  I think it's a smart compromise. Protect backup is secured with encryption itself.

  And if you have a password for the device on the device, the data itself are impenetrable anyway.
