  Hi I just bought a 9900 store. most likely, the phone is just modernized and no news. How ever, it is difficult to find a 9900 not more on the strong quiet. How ever, I already had a passport, but after 2 days, I bought the Passport I am a new job with a company offer. This company has Enterprise 7. So I need a phone with BB OS 7. so I bought the 9900. I use the same BB ID, but that must not have an invluence. I open the Blackberry world (on my 9900). It says I have to update the program. I can select put or close to level. So I use the upgrade. After that the program then change the web browser. After a ttime shor, a BB site is loaded and it says not found software. You have attempted to access a software downlad page that does not exist. Please check the URL and try again. Can someone help me on this? Thanks Chris

  For the last two days, I was able to buy apps. The page that displays "Server / payment system is busy... try the operation later.» This, of course, is not a problem.   Nope... Check these settings. Even if they have been defined correctly, I even tried to change them and then changing their back... just in case there was a fluke of some kind. Still no luck. The other day, I thought I was getting somewhere because, rather than the 'payment system' message, a circle of rotation and the word "authenticate" appeared. Unfortunately, he never passed that point and hours later had to return the message "payment system". Any other suggestions?  Thank you for your efforts and time.

  Sorry... I just realized... I went to the BB world again... and realized that he was going to let me even pull down the 'payment options' tab at the top. I was going to see if there had been any changes made here by chance.

  BREAKTHRU... at least for me... I hope that it might work for others as well. I kept going through the questions/solutions here and other places and kind of tried a mish mash. Here are the steps I've lived and worked:

  * I have cleared the cache on Blackberry World, following instructions for playbook... There are different ways to erase it depending on your device.

  * Then, I deleted the cache and cookies on my browser and restarted my tablet... don't know if helped... but done anyway.

  * When everything started upward, I pulled up the Blackberry World and shot options of investment (which could eventually be consulted) and he showed my card correct information.

  * Although he gave me a chance to enter my credit card information, I was a little leery on this subject... so I decided to go and try to buy the application with the information, he must already have been stored... and everything worked FINALLY!

  I downloaded the latest version of my phone and now the app world does not open.  I already took out battery, removed and reloaded program.

  I was downloading a game Bubble Breaker, and I lost the connection.  I had already received the email that PayPal had sent payment because it is a paid app.  When I tried to reinstall, App World wanted me to pay for it AGAIN.  The company sent me a link to download because they had been paid, and APP World does not recognize.

  Hello, my computer is having a lot of problems, which started last night. Here are the things that are run:

  -Windows Explorer does not respond
  -Computer cannot disconnect correctly: down/restarts when I close the computer says "disconnect" for hours.
  -Cannot use the system restore and may not even start from Safe Mode command prompt
  -Safe mode does not load
  -No applications work, apart from web browsers, and AVG.
  -Cannot access the drivers, to make anything back.

  I added not all strange programs and I do not think it is malware, but I can't actually run my anti-malware program. My computer is running really hot, what he has always done and I keep it high and the fan not covered (I'm broke, can't afford a fix of the computer, or the new computer).  Please talk is profane.   I just did some kind of update to my BlackBerry Desktop and 9790 and now BlackBerry Desktop does not recognize my Bb .  I deleted and reinstalled the office and still have the same problem.  Is there a way to do a factory reset on my Bb? I think that to nine will be the best course of action.

  You can wipe your BB completely, but make sure you have a saved backup file!
  go to options, security, then wipe device (you must type in the word blackberry!

  Are the contacts to your BlackBerry address book and on your SIM card?

  Open your address book, press the Menu key then click on filters and make sure that no filters are checked.

  Now, back in the address book.

  Hello Microsoft. My name is Mikado and I own a dell pavilion g6-2301ax. It comes with a windows pre-installed 8. The problem ive had to deal with is that the store windows does not install any application. After you download the application, it displays a message that the application could not be installed. The same thing happened with the update of windows 8 for windows 8.1.  Could you please help me with how I can solve this problem

  Thank you citrus but it was actually the firewall in my system that it blocked. I had to install the BFE service that does the work. Now I can install any application from the store windows.
