  Hi I just bought a 9900 store. most likely, the phone is just modernized and no news. How ever, it is difficult to find a 9900 not more on the strong quiet. How ever, I already had a passport, but after 2 days, I bought the Passport I am a new job with a company offer. This company has Enterprise 7. So I need a phone with BB OS 7. so I bought the 9900. I use the same BB ID, but that must not have an invluence. I open the Blackberry world (on my 9900). It says I have to update the program. I can select put or close to level. So I use the upgrade. After that the program then change the web browser. After a ttime shor, a BB site is loaded and it says not found software. You have attempted to access a software downlad page that does not exist. Please check the URL and try again. Can someone help me on this? Thanks Chris

  After 8 days I couldn't find my app anywere so I reply to the message by saying: "24 hours pass 7 days ago, what's happening?"

  and the same day, they respond:

  "We will look into this matter and we will answer you as soon as possible."

  After a few days, I've seen the report to dowload and it seems that people start downloading, BUT I can't find myself.

  This means that some people may see the app and some can't.

  After almost a month since the first message I still can not find the app.

  I'm disappointed with the BlackBerry (BB) assistance gives sellers. Everyone knows that BB had a few times really hard these past few years, but how can you expect to move forward if you can't stand your suppliers?

  The biggest drawback that BB has right now is the lack of applications. How do you as a seller to promote an application if he don't have a link to the application?

  Missing the exact error message and complete you are seeing, we do some guess... Here's mine (if, that is, you are interested to solve this... If, instead, you leave BB, then you can ignore all this):

  • KB29501 'BlackBerry identity Setup error, please try again later' when you try to install an update for BlackBerry BlackBerry App World identity.
  • KB29300 "An identity BlackBerry update is required" message appears at the launch of BlackBerry App World 3.1
  • KB29613 The error "failed Installing BlackBerry identity. Please try again later. (80003)"appears in BlackBerry App World

  I hope that they contain something useful! There are also several existing threads on this site, which discuss exact error... your opinion of those who may prove useful, and a search of this website, by using the error message, error code or symptom, should reveal all the existing threads that are applicable to you.

  Hi, hope someone can help us here. We have a password set on our playbook and when using Device Manager it works fine. When we go in the app world and try and download something, it asks the user and the password but we constantly says the password is incorrect. We changed the password nothing is done.   I just did some kind of update to my BlackBerry Desktop and 9790 and now BlackBerry Desktop does not recognize my Bb .  I deleted and reinstalled the office and still have the same problem.  Is there a way to do a factory reset on my Bb? I think that to nine will be the best course of action.

  You can wipe your BB completely, but make sure you have a saved backup file!
  go to options, security, then wipe device (you must type in the word blackberry!
