BlackBerry Smartphones that will synchronize the functions of Outlook 2010?

Hi from a pre-newbie

'Before' because I have not yet bought a Blackberry, but it is seriously considering.  A big thing that is really important to me, but...

Can the "bits" of Outlook 2010 synchronize with a Blackberry?  To be precise, I really want to synchronize the following features in Outlook 2010 with equivalent enforcement in the Blackberry:

Calendar

Contacts

Tasks

Notes would be desirable, but not essential.  Email, too, is desirable but not essential (I can use the web to access when I'm on the road).

I must point out that my Outlook 2010 works standalone on my desktop PC and that it is not connected to Exchange.

A Blackberry, with its associated desktop software, could meet my needs?

Thank you very much in advance for your comments.

Make sure that Outlook 2010, 32-bit, and 64-bit package.

Yes, on all four of the above.

Not on email, on a personal account of BIS. BES will reconcile your emails, but not a personal plan of BIS.

You will set up your email to place the smart phone BlackBerry directly from your mail server.

I have a Bold 9900. I deleted my boxes to the letters but its always appearing in the Messages folder. Its so annoying can someone please help :-(

Still confused, because I do not see you. By "record", I assume you mean the separate E-mail icon that was created when you went ahead and created the email account this time again? When it works correctly, you have really no duplicates - instead, you have the same email showing in two different places... one 'mirror' of the other, in a sense.

But in fact should not do, however, so I'll notify then what do you is of (please, this time, to do this and nothing more!):

    1. Remove all THE email accounts of this device
    2. Perform a battery pull reboot
    3. Drive again the steps of the post 4 above (this time, however, please tell me that "done you these steps"... Please confirm each step translates exactly as I indicated above)
    4. Delete your database of Messages (note that this will delete probably all messages, including SMS history... you have to be careful because you realize this)

Your phone number for Sprint is probably on your last Bill.

On a personal account of BIS, you simply cannot reconcile the BB to Outlook mail.

You need a BES plan for it.

  • BlackBerry smartphones to access / synchronization of folders in Outlook without BES

    Hello

This is my first post! I had my "BOLD" for a week or two and am just become familiar with it.

I added my work (Outlook based) email address to the blackberry via my network service (o2) and it seems to synchronize and receive emails fine.

However, I can't work on how to view my other folders outside the Inbox. For example, deleted items, items and all personal folders, I put in place.

I hope that this does not require a BES to work because it is not an and I really need access to these files when I travel!

    I hope someone can help!

    Thank you

    Adam

Take a look at this KB article - http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB05359

Even if you were on a BES you could not see your PST files. The BES only examines folders on the e-mail server. Since you are not on a BES you will have the opportunity through the intermediary of the first method in the article.

You can try the Desktop Redirector (http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15039) running and try the third method in the article.

  • BlackBerry smartphone how to synchronize e-mail with outlook using desktop software

    Hi all

Was in charge of the search but can't find the answer I need. I have a new Torch9800 and I discovered that it is not sync with outlook using reconciliation of the OTA (that I don't have a BES). However, the site says I can do this using the desktop software, but nowhere on the software find a function to sync email (only contacts and calendar etc.). It's very strange because all the other phones that I had let me do a synch office.

Quite sorry, what you just won't happen on a POP3 account.

    * edit - while POP accounts reconcile email deleted between your Pocket PC and the server, your problem is that your BlackBerry is NOT 'connected' to your Outlook 2007 on your PC. Only your email server is.

If for example, with IMAP, you can delete an email from your Outlook and your outlook is set on then delete the email from the server, your BlackBerry will be 'reconciled' which remove on the handheld device as well. It will not work on the other hand (delete on BB > reconcile the removal on the server > but I do not think enamel is removed in Outlook.)

All the features you need are functions of the BES accounts.

One user, you can use BES Express free...

  • BlackBerry smartphones impossible to reconcile the emails with Outlook

I recently bought a Blackberry Tour from Verizon.  I set up the softare and succeeds instead to reconcile my contacts and my calendar with Microsoft Outlook on my desktop.  However, the software cannot me set up email reconciliation.  The "Configure reconciliation" button is grayed out and I can't select it.  Other buttons on this screen are available, but not for the reconciliation of the enamel.  Of course, the email that I send from my Blackberry appears not as Envoy on my desk - it is a huge problem for me.  Can someone please help me solve this problem.

For your information, I use a Blackberry Tour; My email account is with comcast.net; I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000; and I use the 4.2 version of Blackberry Desktop Manager (a position of the knowledge base, I learned that I had to use this older version of the software because the newer versions no longer support Outlook 2000).

On a personal account of BIS, email and messages do not reconcile with Outlook.

You need a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Service) account for this function.

  • Help of blackBerry Smartphones - problems to BB to sync with Outlook 2010

Can someone explain how to get Outlook 2010 to work with my BB Bold 9650?

I just got it, and the people at best buy and Verizonwireless assured me Outlook 2010 works fine with BB.  However, when implemented through BlackBerry Desktop Manager - configuration of the synchronization of Outlook, I get a message of congratulations on the configuration of the product and on the next click I receives a message from Microsoft Outlook Connector error with a big red X that "no available message stores.  I do not have Outlook 2007 to have recourse to. Does anyone have the solution for this problem?  Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones that do "Synchronization Options > deleted items?

    My BB Curve 9320 OS7 I this option I didn't undestand in e-mail Options > Account Management > Synchronization Options >

    These are listed:

    Calendar

    Contacts

    Deleted items

What happens if I check the deleted items? The phone deletes messages that are deleted on my PC or well client\ IMAP Gmail etc or not the mail server deletes mails when I delete them on my smartphone, the way it is? Ditto for the Contacts and calendar.

    Hello

Normally, whenever these options are available, they mean that, if the synchronization enabled, 2 poles of these elements will be activated between your BB and your email server - device your e-mail client is not relevant to this, except perhaps that it affects (or suffered) your e-mail server. These parameters are strictly between your server and your BB.

Then, change (add, modify, delete) you do either side (your server or your BB) who will be on the other side. If, for example, an e-mail item is removed from your e-mail server, then activation will cause this element also be removed from your BB... the opposite is also true.

    Hope that helps!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones attempt to synchronize the e-mail on PC and BB

So I have 2 internet e-mail accounts that were relatively easy to implement on the BB.  Then, I loaded the Desktop SW and started trying to synce them upward.  I have 2 internet e-mail accounts set up in MS Outlook on my PC.  I was able to get calendar items and tasks synchronization but was never able to synchronize e-mail.  Any suggestions?

And I want to be able to get my email to work on my BB as well.  Have been in contact with the sys admin several times and have not been able to get working activated on BB email.  Can I receive internet e-mail and e-mail MS Exchange on the same BB?  I think the answer would be Yes.

    Thank you and happy holidays.

Your personal e-mail on BIS email accounts will not synchronize mail. Only calendar, notes, address book and tasks.

Active once your BES, those working e-mail account reconcile wireless.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not synchronize the new BB with Desktop software

I lost my Blackberry Curve 9300 a few months ago and just recently I replaced it with a used Blackberry Tour 9630. I tried to connect my tour to the desktop software, I had downloaded for my old phone, but it wouldn't sync. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Desktop software. Yet, it syncs to the new phone. Or rather, it keeps asking me my old password of curve, but I don't remember what it was!

    Help! Thank you!

So, do not ask for your old device password. His past Tour request. Make sure you have properly entered it. Make sure that you do not you enter the numbers when you entered actually letters. When you type the password on the BB, if you do not hold the alt key you enter letters. Make sure you only enter the same letters in DM when he asks.

It is a common mistake. On the device, you think that you typed 1 2 3 4 but if you do not hold the ALT key, you enter W E R S.

  • Emails of blackBerry Smartphones that appears with the title in 'red' color and no content

Almost all of my emails (~ 90%) come with the sender of the e-mail and the subject in 'red' line and no content.   I have to select "More" or "more" to download the content, regardless of size.    Even one line emails.    It seems to be without reason.

Red means that messages arrive in 'level 1 '.  There are settings for this in your BIS email setup.

And did you put before BIS email "headers only?  It is also in the BIS Setup.
