  I tried a different version of 3.9.3 until 3.9.9, and I get the same problem everywhere.

  Fixed. Used instead of a data cable charger cable. Interestingly, the phone could remember that, so I had to reboot as well.

  The steps to resolve this problem:

  (1) restart the computer

  (2) restart the phone

  (3) use the data instead of the charger cable cable

  My girls used to connect USB phone and you could see his phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now, when she chooses USB he doesn't ask password and connects only to load as if she chose Charge Only.

  I don't think it's the computer, the same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting on his phone that needs to be changed, or a updated software (it seems to be completely up to date)

  It is possible that the mass storage Mode was cut on the BB, which would translate as you indicate. Check here:

  Otherwise, each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  You tried to go to settings > accounts and deleting the account there? It allows you to remove it not allow? If this isn't the case, you may wipe the device and try again. Probably best to remove from the unit before turning off at the server end.

  Need a little help.  Recently, I reformatted my system and installed Windows 7 x 64 and Office 2010.  After the installation of DM, I found that there is no option for data synchronization with Outlook 2010 Organizer.  I did a bunch of research on the internet, but most of what I found was the much older versions of DM-related or a problem where several Office 2010 is not well supported.  I also found KB02362.

  I got to step 5

  Step 5 - the MsOutlookConnector.fil file is not properly registered during installation.

  I can't find the way it suggests:

  C:\Program Motion\BlackBerry\IS71 Connectors\MS Connector\ Outlook search

  I have

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Research in Motion\BlackBerry

  But anything that contains a Readme file and an icon.  I do not know if this is the correct path.  If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

  I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling BB DTM a second time, then who did not work I did a repair of Microsoft Office.  After rebooting my computer Microsoft Outlook is now an organizer with content synchronization option.

  According to a screen shot I've seen online, when you are in the Control Panel, uninstall a program, you are looking for is called Fast Search. It might be easier to click on the column heading "installed on" to bring the most recent infections, I mean additions, upward. I hope that here uninstallation will remove the Firefox and IE as well.

  In Firefox 23, as part of an effort to simplify the Firefox options define and protect users against unintentially damage their Firefox, the option to disable JavaScript has been removed from the Options of Firefox window.

  However, the ability to disable JavaScript was will not be deleted from Firefox entirely. You can always go to about: config or by installing an add-on.

  Subject: config

  1. In the address bar, type "subject: config" (with no quotes), and then press ENTER.
  2. Click on "I'll be careful, I promise".
  3. In the search bar, search for "javascript.enabled" (with no quotes).
  4. Click with the right button on the result, named "javascript.enabled" and click on "Toggle". JavaScript is currently disabled.

  To re - enable JavaScript, repeat these steps.

  You can also install an add-on that allows you to disable JavaScript, such as

  • No-Script (to disable JavaScript on a per page basis, as needed)
  • QuickJava (to disable and enable JavaScript, automatic loading of images and other content easily)
