  Make sure that you do not use to clear the history to clear the browsing history when you close Firefox.

  If you send them a message and there is a Red X, it means that they do not have the Blackberry Service. But if it gives you just a box, i.e. There is no installed BBM, phone off or no signal. And if you receive a check with "D" or "R" which means that the phone has installed on Blackberry and BBM data Plan assets. D means Delivered and R is synonym of reading.

  It shows that you have only 15 characters left... and the countdown, you get to that.  But until you do, it does not show... keeping the own screen.

  To scroll to the top, try SHIFT + SPACEBAR. It should work specifically in the lists (like your messages folder), in emails and in the browser. I remember specifically in the case of BBM. But you can test.

  SPACEBAR = scroll down

  Shift + space = scroll up

  Ok. Here's what I would try...

  If you use a legacy BBOS model, remove the battery from the power, wait 30 seconds, put the battery back and try again. If you use a model BB10, try a soft reset first. There are two ways to do a soft reset and if the first doesn't work try the other method. If the soft reset does not work, and if you have a removable battery, then remove the battery for a few minutes and then try again.

  I recently switched from a Treo 755 p for Blackberry Tour 9630 when the Treo crashed.   Open your Memo on the BlackBerry App.

  Press the Menu key > filters and uncheck those which may be checked.

  I received text messages which includes pictures on my bb curve 9360 and cannot find a way to copy the pictures of text messages on my pc. When I connect the bb to the computer and use the sw Office bb I see the pictures in the media section of picture on the pc but not the pictures in text messages.

  The crucial thing that I neglected was to save the images - after doing this, I was able to use both the sw Office of BB to see the images and the alternative method to view the images via the pc explore where bb appears as another drive. This basic information has been described probably somewhere but I can't find it.

  I suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the printer and see if that makes a difference.
