BlackBerry Smartphones Windows Live Messenger to stopped working
Hello! I know this isn't really new, but I'm posting this just in case I do something wrong, or if my case can point to the root of the problem in a more narrow sense.
Ive been using WLM since ive got my blackberry (more than 6 months) and I lost access for a week.
My use of WLM is mainly on a computer running Windows XP (using WLM) and on my blackberry (using WLM)
I lost the ability to receive messages while I was having intermittent connectivity inside a mall (except the app only has not disconnect) I send and had to receive a message during this period (someone I messaged via facebook chat and told me about this) and never received these messages.
I could always send files. simply not receive messages.
Among the solutions, I tried (even several times for certain solutions):
- battery pull
- Uninstall wlm, rebooted, reinstalled (using app world then also tried using OTA)
- used another account
- Service books - see the hrt-register now (for the 3 books of WLM service)
- reregisters again and deleted service books
- using im +, IMO, nimbuzz does not have the same problem
even the current update was not working.
anything short of reinstalling the entire operating system from scratch.
ideas please let me know (or at least the comforting thought that you have isolated which continues with those of us lose access to MSN)
Hey all,.
I received a confirmation message of our engineering department saying that this problem is now sorted... To confirm, I tested it with my bb device & by sending a message to the PC... now, the question seems corrected...
Please let me know if your problems are rectified or not... Thank you

BlackBerry Smartphones Windows live messenger
I downloaded and installed windows live messenger for a curve 8520. When I try to log on to this one, I get a message saying "Service not enabled for this handset." Can anyone give me ideas on how to solve this problem. Thank you very much.
Hi and welcome to the forums!
You have to buy a package of data of the provider network. Access Wi - Fi only is not enough.
Thank you
Bifocals
KB13368 Services via a Wi - Fi connection
Note: The above assumes that the BlackBerry user has a qualification plan with the wireless service provider and has registered with the wireless network in order to obtain the required service books for services associated with use. For more information on the minimum requirements of BlackBerry App World storefront, please see KB17659.

BlackBerry Smartphones Windows Live Messenger 2.5 does not connect on Rogers Curve 8900
The old version of WLM worked perfectly for me. A couple of days, I have updated to the new version of WLM OTA. The installation seemed to go very well, and the app loads properly, but whenever I try to connect I just saw 'connection' with the spinning icons command prompt, and then I get "connection error (65): problem receiving data from the server.
There is an entry on this forum for this error on a 8320 and it says that the problem is the APN setting. I had the same parameter APN (internet.com) on this BB for quite some time and it has always worked with the old version of WLM. I tried to change the APN with no luck, and I fired both service books.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
So since no one had no response, I went ahead and solved this problem myself:
(1) removed Windows Live Messenger device (Options-> advanced-> Applications)
(2) removed WLM all the partners service books (Options-> advanced-> service book Options)
(3) device reloaded
(4) reinstalled WLM
(5) broadcast service books to the device of the site Web of BIS of suppliers
Everything worked fine after that.
I want to thank myself to understand it. See you soon.

BlackBerry Smartphones Windows Live Messenger receives but cannot send - BB8310 on Rogers
I installed Windows Live Messenger on my Rogers BB 8310. I have no problem running it, I can log in and see my contacts. Also said them that I'm connected using a wireless device.
They type in messages will appear on the screen of BB. However, when I type a message and press on send, I get the following error message: "your message could not be sent. (Error: there is a problem with the server.) Please try again later.)
Nobody at Roges support includes even the question, and still less be able to answer.
Help!
Found the solution. The authorization would be put on BES. Everything is fine!

Windows Live Messenger 2009 stops on Windows Vista Business
Hello
For some time I have been using a desktop computer with Windows Vista Business (32 Bit) and for a few months now Windows Live Messenger 8 kept stop without reason. I rejected, given that it happened only once a day, I have so open again and kept using it.
Recently I installed the version 2009 (14.0.8064.206), when Microsoft announced it through Messenger itself. Since I don't Live Messenger stops very often, sometimes it takes about half an hour after I connect, sometimes even when I'm not logged in. The message is "Windows Live Messenger has stopped working", no code error, no file name.
I have spent at various sites and tried the following without result:
Removal of the installation, run the clean installation tool and reinstalling
Repair the installation of Live Messenger
clear the Cache of Contacts
Run as administrator
Compatibility mode for Windows XP SP2Is there anything else I can try? Please let me know.
Thank you
Angel

Hi Angel,
You are welcome. Yes, please relay the State after the clean boot, as it will help to exclude all background programs. Please also pass on the model of your PC. Also, here are a few additional things to check.
1. Please check if you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed.
2. Please also relay if the problem occurs when you try to share a file, using a Webcam, or by sending an Instant Message only.Thank you

This seems to be connected to the other problem I have with windows live messenger, who says his side by side configuration is incorrect.
I uninstalled windows live essentials and reinstalled it but still the same result. Have also installed all updates via the windows installer.
