BlackBerry Z10 attach files to send

When I open my email account in browser I cant find any attachments options how can I reach my files from there.is it the bug of the phone? but when I open the email hub there are the attachment option.then why not, I see in the browser.

When you access your e-mail via the mobile browser, you use the mobile viewer created by your Web mail provider.  BlackBerry has no control over his abilities.

  • cannot attach files to send

Lately when you try to attach any type of file in the folder my documents to any mail server that I freeze - I click on the file and the attach icon and just freeze - I have to force close and start again - sometimes I can reach and sometimes I can't

Search for antivirus interference.  Your antivirus software might be blocking the ability to attach or slows it down.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

Also, instead of using the Insert | Attached file, try dragging the file on top of the message and the last straw and he will become attached in this way.

  • BlackBerry Z10 attaching pictures (screenshots) to emails

    Hello

I tried to attach photos or screenshots that I composed an email. However when I go in tie--> images, it passes under the camera and any pictures that I took with my phone (especially the screenshot pictures of my office phone).

I then tried file only into my SD card which does not have photos I took of the Office phone either.

Can someone tell me how I can set it up so that I can find the pictures I take with my phone?

only way I got it working is to start on the pictures to share them by e-mail, but not vice versa.

Actually I figured out how to change so the photos are always stored on the sd card now so you don't always have to change manually as the above post.

Open your camera-> menu application drop down from the top to reveal the setting-> turn on save images on memory card

If you don't do this you must change the location of your photos of decivice on your sd card every time so you can attach them to emails, and others.

I would like if possible blackberry could add the device itself as a place to search for images when set on emails.

  • BlackBerry Z10 full file DONT_DEL001 SD card

Today I opened the file manager and all the files I transferred to my SD card are missing, there must be 1000's of files named "is DONT_DEL001", "= DONT_DEL002", and so on.  There are also a bunch of files namde "= FAT.

All the files are 0 KB in size and all have a creation date of December 31, 1969.

The only thing I've done since the night is connect to my car "Ford Sync USB", but he said he couldn't find any files.  I could listen to music via bluetooth...

I have so many little stupid problems with the Z10...

My service provider refused to open a ticket with BlackBerry support for my account and said that the BlackBerry Technical Advisor should be able to do it themselves.  They also suggested that my new SD card was incorrect and that he could not help me.

My solution was to reformat the SD card, resynchronize all my files and not reconnect to Ford Sync via USB.  I got my iPhone for the Z10 and now use it as an iPod via the port USB Sync from Ford.

  • Since the switch to Win 7, I can not open an image as an attachment file before sending it.

I tried pdf and word files, and when I double click on the attachment, they open ok,.

It has been set to M/O Picture Manager!
However I put it up to 'always ask '.
So when I was asked I put it to M/O Picture Manager and also
all that this automatically in the future.
Then, it is now open the file.

  • Attach file to send and install subject to filename

I've been using this Apple Script to attached to the pre-defined e-mail sent. However, the current script sets the name of the file to include the path of full access to the file, the file name + extension.

Is anyway to edit the script to include only the file name in the subject line?

    tell application "Mail"
set theAttachment1 to (POSIX path of theFile)
       set theNewMessage to make new outgoing message with properties {subject:theAttachment1, visible:true}
       tell theNewMessage
          make new to recipient at end of to recipients with properties {address:"[email protected]"}
make new attachment with properties {file name:theAttachment1} at first paragraph
       end tell
    end tell

    Replace:

the value theAttachment1 (path of dittos POSIX)

    with:

-If the file is already an alias, you can omit the alias clause

say application 'Finder' to the value theAttachment1 to the name of (dittos as alias)

This is not a fault BLackberry, when you send an email to the same address, the e-mail appears in the sent and Inbox on the Z10, it also gets sent to the computer.

  • BlackBerry Z10 controls BBM messaging question Questons?

I use voice control on my BlackBerry Z10 to try and send a BBM message to my wife on his BlackBerry Curve 9320. I added him as a BBM contact. But the voice command tells me that his name is not a BBM Contact when I use it. So I'm not able to do.
I used the voice command to send SMS text message and dial his number and his mail without problem. Is there a compatibility issue? Can I use BBM without voice command to send a message, but also to voice chat.

  • BlackBerry Z10 reduce an image file to be attached to an e-mail message on a new Z10

Hello there, recently got a new Z 10, love it by the way.   Does anyone know how to reduce the image files that you take with the Z10 to attach one or more to an e-mail message.   There is no prompt in the options to reduce the size and the process that notifies you that the files are in the large shipment.  I tried all the visible change icons popping up, but none of them are associated with the reduction of file.

    I would appreciate a well-informed response.

    Thank you, Joseph

the picture in the z10 editor does a great job with Cup, effects, sharpness, etc.  but there is no re-size. There are two or three free photo editors in appworld that accomplishes this task for you.

  • BlackBerry Z10 Photo is too large to send

I have a blackberry Z10, which gets better and better with each update, if only I had a soft for google and RBS I are sorted correctly.

Another inconvenience, it is that I use the camera a lot of work items that must be sent by e-mail to the people and my last Blackberry which has done very quickly because the photos were of inferior quality.

But because the pictures of BB Z10 are large files of high quality, I have to faff on photos, reducing the size of them before you send it, it takes a lot of valuable time.

Photo studio to do this, I downloaded, but the smartphone camera should really give me an option of what size to send before I click the button.

Is there an easy fix for this?

Yes, it's here, as described in the more options.

Thank you. I suspect that the OP above also typed "always use the option. Do not display ".

  • Why I can't attach a file when sending an email [in firefox]

When I send an email in fire fox I can't attach a file. When I click on the button, nothing happens. I am able to attach files when I use one browser other than fire fox.

    Ron Colburn

I heard you the first time.

Firefox send an e-mail, it's strictly a web browser.

If you use Firefox to access your e-mail, you use "webmail". We might have an answer for you, if we knew which web mail services provider this problem is with. Or, you can seek assistance from your service provider or a forum for this service.
