BlackBerry® Z10 emergency email

I need someone urgent help. I need to know how to REMOVE e-mail messages at the same time. My email has been usurped and get 1, 000 email and I am currently in 8 000 emails and they all need should be deleted at once. We used to have to first remove opiton, but I DO NOT see it on the blackberry 10... can someone give me instructions on how to do it?

I would like to delete this e-mail account of the device, or the synchronization of e-mail to disable at least for this account. Get the spam problem fixed and then turn it back on.

  • BlackBerry Z10 RESTORING EMAILS & SMS from a BACKUP

Before I embark on an attempt to synchronize contacts from my boss about his Z10 using new long-awaited USB cable, I'm a little worried that this month of MAY just add another batch of the couple of thousands of contacts that I downloaded when we made the switch of the device, rather than updating them.

So I did a backup first.

However, I want to make sure that - the contact update goes horribly wrong! -the backup file has information in it, and I can't seem to find information on the link/site Web de BlackBerry on what contains the subdivisions listed under backup (Application data, media, settings).

What is someone is able to confirm that emails and texts would indeed be listed under one of these positions, and that it would be relatively simple to restore if needed?

    Thank you very much!

    Hey jjlothin,

Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

    Thanks for the question.

If you have created a full backup it will include contacts, messages, SMS and all settings and you'll have nothing to worry about if you need to do a restore

  • BlackBerry® Z10 sending email from my account POP on a Z10

My Torch 9800 has no email sending the problem through my Shaw.ca email accounts.  BIS manages perfectly.  Now that the BlackBerry abandoned on BIS, how can I send emails via my Shaw account when they do not allow connections to their SMTP server from outside their network?

I'm not go to their webmail system Regional service that ends up being a nightmare on my desk.

    Thank you.

That was my thought as well.  I'll just stay with what I have.  I don't want to just move to a free email service, and then discover a day as BIS, is also takes the way of the Dodo bird.

I was looking forward to an upgrade, but between that and the problems of synchronization from Office Outlook I think I'll stick with the 9800.

  • BlackBerry Z10 multiple email - only accounts working properly

    Hello

I had a problem with the simultaneous use of two email accounts on my Z10 early. I started with OS 10.1 and now on 10.2 the problem persists. My problem is that I can set up a single account and it works very well, but if I created another account (implemented works fine) it will not work properly. With the second account, I can send emails without any problems, and the device also receives incoming emails, but if I open it, the text is not displayed. I can read the adressor and also the subject, only the content of the email is not shown.

Of course, I reinstalled these accounts and checked the settings several times. The result was always the same. It also doesn't matter what provider I use - if it is Yahoo or something else.

So far, I've lived only two exceptions where the text could be read. Unfortunately, I can't find any system behind this phenomena.

Can anyone of you help me? I would be very grateful! Thank you!

I'm sorry for the mistakes on my English.

    Consider this?

Remove the account from these two e-mail accounts.

JUST add the "non-working" email account... see if it works?

  • BlackBerry Z10 Z10 deleted Email do not sync to Gmail

My Z10 synchronizes emails from Gmail, but does not synchronize DELETED e-mail back to Gmail.  What changes should be made.  Help, please.  Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the community!

First of all, please check your account/hub for 'Delete On' settings and make sure it is NOT set to 'Hub Only. If that is set, then change command prompt or Hub and server.

If who disobeys, please with a strong support network signal (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (step 1 should translate a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'recording' message

    2) restart

    • Pre-BB10 ONLY devices. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • Peripheral BB10. Hold the top button until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the unit to be completely stopped (for example, nothing appears on the screen, no lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red light. Wait through the entire boot process. IF this fails, you can try the method of battery-pull above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry Z10 can I create a Blackberry ID using the same email address, but with a different password?

I use 2 phones and I am ready to create a new blackberry on the 2nd ID, but it requires an email address and I don't have that one email address that I use for everything. I want to know if it is possible to create a new BBID with the same e-mail address but different password. The main thing is I want both phones to be active and fully functional, but I don't have a single address email and I prefer not to create another email address, because I love all of my emails in one place rather then having 2 email addresses. I don't want any phone be disabled. I do not fear one of the BBM is turned off, as long as at least one works. Both phones are a Blackberry Curve 9320 and a Blackberry z10, which is one waiting to be activated.

No this is not possible, the e-mail address you used your BBID, is associated with the device that you use it on. It is also the BBID username. And cannot be used on another device, no matter that there is a different password.

I suggest that you create a new e-mail account, just for the sole purpose of using it as a BBID.

    Hey abualroob,

Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

    Thanks for the question.

We are aware of this problem and the current workaround is to use a SMTP server requires authentication user name and password.  You can get this information from your Internet service provider's SMTP server.

Once you have the info, go to settings > accounts and click the e-mail account.  Scroll down the page until you find the user name of the SMTP server.  Placer place in the information requested and the SMTP server, and then tap Save.

Test it by sending a new email message.

  • BlackBerry Z10 too many emails

Despite setting the e-mail on the Z10 acocunts only sync emails for the last 3 days, our accounts for all of the district are drawn on the Z10s.  Any ideas what you can delete is no longer on the handheld only.  Contacts are also dupolicated/quadrupled for no reason.

Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

    Thanks for the question.

My apologies, this feature is not available in 10 of BlackBerry. With ActiveSync BlackBerry Z10 is connected directly to the server, and if you delete an email it will remove the Exchange Inbox.

  • BlackBerry Z10 (Z10) how to disable the synchronization of emails?

    Hello

I currently have a Blackberry Z10, and I wonder if it is possible to disable the synchronization of e-mails, without breaking the connection of data.

I already tried to manually synchronize emails, but this solution is not to me... emails continue to download automatically.

Can anyone suggest a fix for this problem? Any help will be appreciated.

    Thank you

The method will depend on the type of e-mail account you use.  If you use Outlook.com (or Hotmail, Live.com) email ActiveSync, you can go to settings > accounts > select the e-mail account.  Scroll down and toggle "Sync Email" to off.

Email IMAP (such as Gmail, it is a little different.  It is not a power switch.  If you don't want to switch to manual, you can change the password of account - which would be "unsync" your e-mail of the device.

For two of them, you would essentially be re-sync all e-mail when you re-connected and incurring data charges.  If you want to do, I'd be on WiFi when the re-login.

  • BlackBerry Z10 ghost SMS/MMS/Email

    Hi all

Recently "converted" to Blackberry and I'm starting to like it, but having a few problems with 'Phantom' SMS notifications that appear on my home screen.

I checked my phone, SMS messages, and I am not able to see them. I rely on this phone for work, and missing messages SMS becomes a bit long in the teeth (if that's what actually happens).

Any idea on what is the cause and what is the solution?

    Hello Ben,

Thank you for your question regarding SMS notifications on your smart phone BlackBerry Z10.

As a test, having someone you know sends you a message test SMS to confirm whether or not it is received. It may be possible that your new notification SMS of a previous message has not erased.

If the message is not received, reinsert the battery as a test and if this fails to solve the problem, contact your mobile service provider for assistance.

  • BlackBerry Z10 Z10 automatically loses any email inbox and sent box immediately after having read or not

Hi everyone, just need some advice on how to cure my Z10 lose no e-mail in my box-box or sent (even removed)

    Hello Victor,.

As I suspected, your e-mail client is probably download messages and delete them from the mail server on which they are stored. When this occurs, the message is also deleted from your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone.

Set your Microsoft Outlook to leave a copy of message on the server by following the steps in the following article and let us know if this solves the problem for you: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB12283
