  With BlackBerry10 you want to change the email clients to leave a copy of the mail on the server, otherwise you'll lose them on the Z10.   Yes you can. Just hold your finger on the intended message deleted about 3 seconds, you will see a menu of options open to your right screen with an icon of the trash downstairs.

  This deletes only the selected message and not the entire conversation.

(I don't know what's the right word). But the restart was much slower than usual. So I decided to remove the battery and put it back.

  I did it at 17:30 and it is now 21:00 in my country, and it seems to be stuck or stuck at 99%.

  Connect the device to your computer using the Blackberry link & reload the OS (Applications & data will be lost). Its should fix the problem if its something related to the operating system.

  Looks like you have security enabled on your SIM card. You can disable this option to avoid to be invited for the PIN. Please see this article for more information. "" Enter PIN"is displayed when the BlackBerry smartphone is locked" KB18647

  You can disable this on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone in settings > privacy and security > SIM card > SIM Lock card PIN.
