  My apologies, this feature is not available in 10 of BlackBerry. With ActiveSync BlackBerry Z10 is connected directly to the server, and if you delete an email it will remove the Exchange Inbox.

• BlackBerry Z10 Imap / pop email configuration

  I currently have an on a single account POP mail server. I paid GoDadddy for IMAP service that count and I want now to IMAP without losing all the email that is on my device. GopDaddy SIAS should I remove the pop account. I don't think that the GoDaddy server has more e-mail 30 days on this subject. How do you know, how can I do?

  Unfortunately, the BB does that reflect what he sees on the server. I don't think it's possible to have the same e-mail account set up with two different settings, so you will need to delete the account, losing any email on the device. Can transfer you yourself on the pop account to the imap account? There is no way to do it on the BB.

• Smartphones blackBerry lost all my emails and now I can't respond to most recent emails

  OK, I know for a fact that we are not in the month of April, so I was not stupid Rascal by prank in April. I connected my phone on the charger, last night, as I do on a daily basis and this morning I wake up all of my missing emails and when I want to answer some emails, all I have for the options are:

  Switch App

  Save as draft

  Full menu

  I went into options and my emails are set to be deleted after 30 days, but he was not more than 2 weeks because I opted for the bb smartphone data package... Plan of the family at & T 10 GB.

  The only thing I can think off the fact that we spend time to 1 hour before but that sounds extremely illogical to me.

  I read here that my notebook of maintenance may be corrupt, but only service CMIME book that I find is for 1 e-mail account (on 4) and when I delete it and restore then, nothing happened.

  I did the old disconnect the battery to reset the bb, but has not as well.

  Again, I have not changed, edited anything on my email accounts because I made them at the beginning. The only thing that I remember I did was I plugged the phone into the charger once and about 5 minutes later I unplug the unit to use, 10 to 15 minutes later, I plugged it upward and fell asleep, but once again... I doubt seriously that this Jack my entire email settings.

  Sorry for the long rant, I try to be as careful as I can. Lose my email isn't a big deal since I have them on my outlook Inbox, but it becomes a bit boring that I lost on my device and not able to answer them.

  EDIT: I just went to Thunderbird and I myself sent a test email to all email accounts that I have on my BB, they all came immediately but I have been unable to answer one of them. I wonder if remove/uninstall accounts emails that I have on my BB and a fresh install would solve the problem.

  It seems that I was stuck trying to answer an email that came in before I made any changes and why I thought that it did not work.

  After some additional testing, I am now sure that everything I did worked, and Yes, I wait for all future emails on registration and activation before you pull the battery.

  Since the new update, I can't delete emails.   It always shows "perform this action. Do not show a checkbox + cancel or delete - but accepts what I choose? Anyone who has another experinecing this?  A glitch?  suggestions?

  Have you select either delete on handheld only or remove server and handheld? If your font is set above about 10 then you won't see the option buttons to select.

• BlackBerry Q10 Q10 deleting Email from my mail server, Email disappeared!

  It's new to my Blackberry experience.  It only happened on the "BOLD".

  Ofter when traveling on the road I clear my mails to my Q10, before you delete it.

  Emails have always been available from my laptop when I need to access.

  However, now, surprise me, when I delete e-mail from Q10, they are removed from my POP mail server

  So I lost some valuable email when I tried to use my laptop to get back them.

  What is happening here.  This is not good.

  Is there a setting to fix this?

  If you can follow simple instructions in this link, you can update your operating system and have the option to remove only on handheld or both.

  If you don't feel that you can follow these instructions or don't want you will have to wait for your operator to release the update.

• BlackBerry Z10 cannot delete holidays in the calendar

  Recently, Canadian holidays appeared on my calendar, I did not. I can't delete them. Since they are 'all day', they show first at the bottom of the calendar, and I have to scroll down to find my personal entries. I heard it is has something to do with the fact that is one of my email accounts gmail and I get the entries from there. Is this true?

  No idea how to remove these entries from vacation?

• BlackBerry Z10 Contacts account email, LinkedIn and Facebook are not not in the Contacts application

  Dear users, dear experts,

  I fight for the list of my contacts in the Contacts app for all my accounts. I'm new to BB OS10 terminology, so please be patient with me - I try my best to explain my problem in detail.

  * contacts does not show for the email on gmail/Google account:

  First time I put in place, he read contacts perfectly (I know, BB got the Google contacts, because this is the only way that they could be received). Contacts were / are listed under the entry 'All' (the contacts with pictures displayed a screen black contacts without a square picture, others empty reserved space for a photo). But the contacts don't show topic ' email contact @gmail.com.

  Then I deleted the email account. Contacts were still under 'all '. I find the command "Purge/delete local contacts" - who did nothing apparent - the contacts were always listed under the heading 'All', only.   I have a free LinkedIn account and Facebook accounts. No contact is listed for these entries in the Contact request. But there are invitations and communication listed in the hub on both accounts, i.e. the connection is configured correctly, IMO.

  I'm stuck. I don't see any contact under "e-mail", LinkedIn, and Facebook in the Contacts application. The only possible solution I see now is reboot my BB and start with putting in place. That's not much, but I want to save me a wrong, if there were an easy solution to this.

  It seems to me something is not connected, as your Gmail account is not configured to synchronize contacts.

  As perhaps they did once, but no more.

  I would say that you go to settings > accounts and delete your gmail account, restart the device and add this account again. You should see (and this varies with different variants of Gmail accounts) the ability to sync the contacts (and calendar).

  But lighten your local contacts to reproduce the gmail contacts, you'll also need clear all local contacts again, I hope it will work this time. Settings > accounts > tap the three points more > clear local Contacts.

• BlackBerry Smartphones cannot delete emails

  It's strange.  I have 5 e-mails on 4 October which will not delete.  I've tried everything.  Remove the prior service, broadcast books, DM has tried, tried deleting on handheld and mailbox, all I can think of nothing doesn't.  Anyone know?

  I noticed when I installed increased intake in that I had the same problem.

  Yes you can. Just hold your finger on the intended message deleted about 3 seconds, you will see a menu of options open to your right screen with an icon of the trash downstairs.

  This deletes only the selected message and not the entire conversation.
