  I can't find some of my photos.  Some of them stored in the Device Manager, and then some are shops in the media card. When I pull up in my pictures, I get only to see the pictures in the media in the device.  Now, I don't see even the media card link?  Where are they?

  You are probably well connected the USB cable to the PC, and if so, your card with active Mass Storage is not visible SINCE the BlackBerry itself at that time here.

  Unplug the USB cable from the BB, and your photos and multimedia card should reappear.

  If not, look at the Options > Media Card. Do you want to show your card media present on the device?

  I use the BIS service with 4 separate emails, (paid 1, 2 free on the web and 1 BB email) using a Blackberry Storm 9530 with Verizon Wireless service...

  I have this setting enabled for all of my emails, to automatically download images and display in HTML... but no email no. Everyone I get I have to manually, select options and upload pictures! How can I fix this?

  It sounds like you already have the correct settings. But, at the bottom of this KB is a statement about the external link images... If the image is linked to the outside rather that integrated, you will still need to manually get the image.

  Muse uses a system based on a model and the placeholders in the templates are substituted with your images via the respective property Panel. It's really basic things. You must read the help of Muse.

  Worried beforehand because that had problems with upgrading to 10.1 and my mobile operator is not able to help.

  The problem has been resolved in 10.2.1.2977 update.

  Hi all and thanks for reading my question.

  I can not get the latest version of the desktop download software (apparently she'll somehow to our COMPUTER system) and so I want to try an older version (maybe v5 or before).

  I'm trying to find where I can download it from.  I click on the link on the Web page to 'download the previous version', but the only option I get is the current version.

  I've never had this software before so I did not have an old version I can come back.

  Can someone help me find older versions?

  I found that my cell phone provider's website has even older versions, so I was able to download one of these (just in case where someone else is having issues, it's an option to consider).  V5.1 works great!

• BlackBerry Z10 where my Z10 stored backups?

  With my "BOLD", I used to include my BB backups when I backed up my PC to an external drive.  You could call it belt and braces, but there you have it.

  With my Z10 I don't see where my backups are stored so that I'm not able to include them in the backup of my PC.

  On your PC, check your path:

  Windows of C:\Users\**Your username * \Documents\BlackBerry\Backup

  This can vary depending on your version of Windows. The above is on Windows7.

• BlackBerry Z10 assign a ringtone downloaded to a contact

  Hi all.

  using dropbox, I was able to import ringtones to my z 10. I am able to use by browsing through files, but only for all contacts as a group.  When I try to assign a downloaded ringtone to a specific contact I'm unable to access my new downloaded files. In the drop-down list there is no link to other music files.

  Should I save to a different folder? If Yes, where and how? I need different ringtones for different contacts, but the phone does not come with enough acceptable options. Help, please.

  Download from your drop box, to any folder on your device or sd card, you can use the file manager to move the folder to a location had hoped.  Contacts select your contact, change, select phone rign tone, it will pull down all your sound files you z10, including music files.

  I backed up my bb storm 9500 to my computer using the bb Desktop Manager. I now need access to my contacts list on my computer that my phone is broken and far to repair. I have no other way to get some contacts but can't seem to find where, on my computer, he decided to store them so that I can view.

  Your backup files are stored in a *.ipd file extension, often in your 'My Documents' folder.

  So, look over there, or search the entire of your PC for *.ipd and you should find it.

  Now, the IPD file is not usable by any other program except the BlackBerry.

  If you want to use the data in this file, you will need an application named ABC Amber IPD Converter to extract the address book, etc., for use.

  When you get your BlackBerry back, you can use the IPD file to restore your data to the new device.

  Hi all.  iPhone on the last IO 9.1 6.  I'm sure that it is a simple and easy question.

  Wandering on an educational site which offers free downloads of video to allow for viewing not connected to WiFi or data.  When this video would reside for access for later or I have to keep a tab open for video in Safari?  If she stays in Safari, is there a way to put this video on the application of video to store and access my logic?

  Logically, I think this downloaded video is automatically available on the application of videos on the phone or have a "Save as" for such an application.  Thank you in advance for the answers!

  Only videos purchased from the iTunes Store or synced from your computer will appear in the video application. There are other applications that you can record the video in to watch later, but not the video App.

  I tried to download a file (a book - draw close to Jehovah) of www.jw.org. He doesn't have to download the first time that I tried, but after I downloaded other files from the same site with no problems.

  However, whenever I try to download this particular book it blocks just the browser up (I just get a small circle in the center of the screen and can't do anything until I closed and reopened the brower - I tried Google and Bing with the same result).

  It seems that there is some sort of file "pending application" which gets called but who is corrupt.

  The file is a PDF file and I just downloaded on my laptop successfully, but it refuses to download on my Z10, so there is nothing wrong with the file or Web site.

  Any ideas of how that could identify any "pending" requests for information, or way to activate this download work?

  Could be a limitation of file size, copy the file from your laptop in the Z10.

  You can control if it occurs with other files in the future.
