  Slide down from the top and go to settings > networks and connections > Mobile network. At the bottom, click "AFN". According to the version of the OS, you can or perhaps are not able to change the APN, however.

  I can't find some of my photos.  Some of them stored in the Device Manager, and then some are shops in the media card. When I pull up in my pictures, I get only to see the pictures in the media in the device.  Now, I don't see even the media card link?  Where are they?

  You are probably well connected the USB cable to the PC, and if so, your card with active Mass Storage is not visible SINCE the BlackBerry itself at that time here.

  Unplug the USB cable from the BB, and your photos and multimedia card should reappear.

  If not, look at the Options > Media Card. Do you want to show your card media present on the device?

  It is supposed to be a new e-mail feature that allows to select "delete server and Blackberry.

  This is not the case on my Q10 which has all the new updates installed.

  I always get when I delete an email only "this will remove the selected item" without possibility to save it on the server.

  And beforehand to remove always clears all the emails from my server.

  I'm missing something!

  This features offered by OS 10.2.1.1925 and higher.

  In BlackBerry Hub, tap on three points at the bottom right, frame, display and action. Scroll down and set the field to "remove the ' setting. If you delete several emails, it will remove the server also.

• New firmware C60 7.2.1 - is where the release notes?

  I received email notification that there is a new firmware C60 out (7.2.1) since last week, but I see no date of issue on Cisco's Web site.  I'm looking in the wrong places (but obvious)?

  No, but the fact is, you shouldn't - and a link to the Security Advisory page where there is No mention of the software in question, instead of the release notes, is not really useful.

• BlackBerry Q10 connection screen does not appear

  I have a Q10 and I can not log on screen to display.  When I click on the high background to unlock the screen, the screen came as usual, but in the upper part, the media volume is displayed. When I go to swipe to get the log to the screen the screen cleared all my alerts, but the login screen does not appear (although the display of the media volume is still there).  I plugged it in to see if that would do anything and now see a message that says "charging your battery more quickly, use the charger supplied with this device" but I was.  Any ideas?

  I backed up my bb storm 9500 to my computer using the bb Desktop Manager. I now need access to my contacts list on my computer that my phone is broken and far to repair.   Your backup files are stored in a *.ipd file extension, often in your 'My Documents' folder.

  So, look over there, or search the entire of your PC for *.ipd and you should find it.

  Now, the IPD file is not usable by any other program except the BlackBerry.

  If you want to use the data in this file, you will need an application named ABC Amber IPD Converter to extract the address book, etc., for use.

  When you get your BlackBerry back, you can use the IPD file to restore your data to the new device.

  First of all, I ask because I noticed an inconsistency between Firefox nightly and releases of chrome. Firefox almost always exceeds chrome in versions of windows, but chrome is always newer with mobile and linux versions.   It's because you are looking in the Firefox section when it's for desktop versions that the mobile Firefox is in the mobile section.

  I had the same problem today and Bugilla stopped working (2.17-based personalized version).

  I solved the problem of correction buglist.cgi in installation of Bugzilla. Just look up the definition of the $serverpush and replace it with
  My $serverpush = 0;

  After that the interim page that causes the disorder disappears and all is well again.

  Thank you! I just got through Q10 helps Blackberry and they helped me to change some settings of my account which solves the problem. They were helpful and courteous and professional. So, I'm a happy guy now!
