  I type the space next to the attachment (in the e-mail) and the download bar gets to the end.  The next screen shows the following:

  When I click the sync Setup popup box appears again. No arrow is displayed. It does not matter which kind I chose to synchronize. No error message appears.

  I managed to solve this problem by making an own uninstaller software (including the reg key etc.) as described in the KB.

  After that, I installed an earlier version of the desktop software (6.0.0). It works for me.

• Windows XP security does not allow me access to the browser or the internet

  I'm having a problem with XP Security that keeps popping up almost continuously and prevents me from doing anything , without ordering the software.   It also shows that I have 26 virus, but an another separate scanning with a newly installed anti-virus [Ioio] program stated that 5 and were all deleted/purged.

  I have been using FireFox as my browser and still cannot access Yahoo homepage - impossible to go to the post office or anything else.  Pop up warnings keep coming and display 'Windows XP Security' is still waiting for me to buy their program - and I can not change anything on this menu at all since it keeps redirecting me to the purchase.  I can't get FireFox or even Internet Explorer since it shows a terrible message and does not allow me to circumvent it.

  What can I do to get rid of this problem?  I had to use using another computer to communicate with you and don't know what to do to solve this problem.  This same message/problem seems to resurface every year and made it for 2-3 years.  I resorted to an online, remote help to alleviate the problem in the past, and it still costs a lot of money to solve.  How can I FIX?

  Hello. Think it was August last year, when I complained abt my being never fully charged battery. Stopped to load with as 92% and then back down. I was told to swop battery with z10 my husband. Then problem solved. I still have his battery, and he looks. The battery seems to be ok, while mine stops now at 85%. It's a big fall! Think that has happened since the software upgrade recently. What now? Please notify. Thank you

  Hello. Did. Put the battery in back after 90 minutes. Already the battery showed 90% after falling to 75%. Then loaded and it loads to 98%. So great. Thank you. Hope it stays like that now

  Peek on my BB10 works not long ago.  If you drag to the top and to the right you can see the hub.  But not when you drag to peek.  Anyone with ideas.  I tried a battery pull but make no difference.  Running OS 10.0.9.348

  Some of my PDFs get attachments, those attachments can be opened while I using Adobe Reader. After that I downloaded these PDF documents in my FTP server and then with my browser to navigate these PDF, I can't open these attachments.

  You have flash player installed on your system for that browser? Have you tried to access this PDF from a different browser?
