  I write a question on behalf of the client. Here's the problem of the customer:

  I'm not able to locate my block sender list in my OUTLOOK EXPRESS email. Some of my emails do not come to me and wanted to check my block senders list, but it is empty.

  If messages do not come at all, check the Message rules, especially for a rule that has remove it from the server as the action.

  I use Windows Live Mail to years (2012) and all of a sudden one of my blocked senders get through.  This isn't a scam, not someone who changes addresses, etc..  Only a business standard that I don't need to hear.  Their domain is blocked, sent junk mail, but now their E-mail ads are appearing in my Inbox in.  I continue to re-blockage of the field, and it is constantly through as regular mail.  It's obviously a glitch in WLM.  All solutions?  Thank you.

• Windows Mail. Cannot add the domain of the sender to the blocked sender list

  Mails are received without a good 'from' address.  They now have the shape of the House of garbage.  NOTES not real names.

  I inadvisedly signed up for something the House of garbage and other offers from partner sites.  House of garbage and partner sites all start sending me waste in large quantities.  They all had one thing in common - all spam emails came rubbishionmx.com.    I had managed to block this domain by adding it to the blocked senders list.

  You are welcome. Are you speaking of the only rule address book? Depending on the type of legitimate mail you get, some like it and some do not.

  Start with the only rule of AddressBook and you receive a message that you want people not in your address book (E-mail from companies, bills, your ISP, etc), you can add them to the rule.

  Tools | Message rules | Mail | New.

  Box 1 - Where the From line contains people {check it out}

  Box 2 - Check: delete it & stop processing more rules if you want messages not in the address book to go to deleted items, or you can create a spam folder and direct them here.

  You can choose to delete the server, but be careful because you never have messages downloaded to any folder, if you choose this option.

  Box 3 - Click on the blue words contains people

  Click on the first address to select it. Scroll to the end and hold down the SHIFT key while you click the last address. This will highlight all. Right-click on it and click on from the menu that appears.

  Now, click Options and choose: Message * contains no of * the people below in the top of the page Options area, then choose: Message corresponds to one of the people below in the background Options box.

  OK your way out of the new rule.

  Now, only the addresses that you entered will be uploaded to your Inbox. You won't see other emails.

  Remember, if you add a person to your address book, you must add to the rule. It will not automatically be added.

  Stop to unsubscribe to them. Spammers know immediately that they have a valid email address when respond you. They then sell/share your email address valid with other spammers. Legitimate companies can follow your instuctions churn, but spammers will certainly not. Teach your email client, emails are spam by identifying the spam e-mails. Over time, the mail client will learn which emails are spam.

• Block sender does not

  Have a desktop Dell Dimension 3000 with XP (sp3) running Outlook 6.0029.  I have about 1500 blocked addresses in my list, but it seems to no longer work.   Maybe I hit the limit?  Should I re - set this list?    BTW, I started to unsubscribe from certain sources.

  Do what says Gerry. Deleting this key with OE closed will result in a new key of blocked senders when you open OE. It will now be empty, but can be reconstructed.

  IMHO, if you try to block spam with blocked senders you're wasting your time because they rarely use the same address twice. Apply the rules of message to "filter" in your posts.

• Massive deletion of list ' blocked sender.

  I use Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.  I have much "blocked senders" appear in Options, Security Options, blocked senders.  Blocked senders listed do not show in / to the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\PerPassportSettings\0\Junk Mail\Block list of approved senders.  The registry key is empty.

  I think I could unintentionally add a good address to the list.  Because addresses are not obvious as to what they are and I don't know what the address is I want to make a massive withdrawal all of my entries.  I realize that this means I have to start blocking senders but I accept that fate.

  Can someone tell me where to find the actual "Blocked senders" list so that I can delete everything at once?

  Thanks for the answer of Bruce.

  I did a little playing with the list of "Blocked senders" Options, Security Options, blocked senders.  I found that the same thought the right-click commands have been disabled, I have been able to select an address, scroll down while using the 'Shift' key and then select another address I could retrieve the entire list.  I then clicked on delete and presto, they are all removed at the same time.

  I have a BB 8830, my frustration is that when I send an email from my BB or my account gmail online I always receive an email from myself of what I just sent.  How can I stop it?

  Cause of the problem

  Webmail Gmail accounts were not separate sent items and Inbox folders. The web page of Gmail account contains a Messages link on the left side, but is not a folder separate from the Inbox. Webmail gmail messages are grouped into conversations, which leads to all messages sent and responses of others appearing as an entry of a single e-mail message in the Inbox. This allows to easily read and look on the web page of Gmail, but, when it is integrated with the BlackBerry Internet Service account, results in copies of sent e-mails on the BlackBerry smartphone as new e-mail messages.

  Resolution

  To prevent messages sent back to the BlackBerry smartphone each time, create a filter in the BlackBerry Internet Service account to block sending these messages to the BlackBerry smartphone.

  To create a filter, follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the BlackBerry Internet Service account. For instructions on how to connect to the BlackBerry Internet Service account, see KB03781.
  2. Click the icon of filters next to the built-in Gmail account.
  3. To create a new filter, click Add a filter .
  4. Configure the filter to ensure that messages are not sent to the BlackBerry smartphone if the message coming from the integration of webmail Gmail account:

  • Type a name for the filter in the filter name field. For example, my messages to email Gmail.
  • Assign to the field filter to apply when 'FROM' field.
  • In the contains field, type the address of the Gmail webmail. For example, @gmail.com >.
  • Select the next radio button of do not forward messages to unit.
  • Click on add filter.

  Note: After you create this filter, e-mail messages will not be received on the smartphone BlackBerry if sent to the Gmail webmail account.

• I can completely block e-mail from a specific sender?

  I want to have a specific sender blocked send me emails.  I don't want these emails just to spam.  I want the sender to get them bounced.   I don't want to see them & I want that the sender is denied access to my email.

  I use Windows Live Mail/Vista.  I have the sender to the block list (security options), but still gets it thru, via junk mail.

  The internet needs a list do not call (Send).

• E-mail put block filter in place correctly, but does not work

  Following the instructions of 'Block sender' I've set up this filter. I can add e-mail addresses in the filter, but when I click "Run now" nothing happens. I created this filter in a different e-mail account and it works properly. Why it won't work in this email account?

  As Matt says, it is better to train the filter spam via Junk Controls for dealing with all general waste. All the info to the address provided by Matt.

  I notice that you use the 'subject' 'contains' '' email '.
  The topic usually contains the email address?
  The 'FROM' 'Contains' 'e-mail address' would be perhaps more accurate.

  It is not in Firefox. Firefox send an e-mail, it's strictly a web browser.

  If you use Firefox to access your e-mail, you use "webmail". You must seek assistance from your service provider or a forum for this service.
