BlackBerry Z30 cannot send messages on Z30

When I press send I get immediately the small envelope which would show that I read an e-mail message, instead of the swirl and tick when something sent him.  I restarted my phone and I see 15 emails are on time to return, but nothing happens.  Help!

Hey, it's the professional emails.  I restarted the phone once, and suddenly they all sent.  Thank you for responding!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones cannot send or reply to emails (BES)

Recently I stopped being able to send or answer email on my server on my Blackberry Curve 8310 BES account.

Very well, I can receive emails, send and receive calls, send and receive text messages.  I can't send or respond to my Outlook emails.

Here's what I've tried so far:

I even tried another phone, the problem has followed me.

Thanks to the advice of Bolder, I could find the solution.

Apparently the Blackberry admin account cannot send on behalf as a domain administrator in Active Directory.  So I just removed the account out of the domain administrators group and made sure the account was inherit permissions (that is to say the blackberry admin send on bahalf as)

    Now it works fine.

    Thanks for all your help.

  • BlackBerry Z10 Cant send messages Facebook of the Hub

    Hello

I can receive messages Facebook to my hub, but when I replied to my message disappears and it shows I send a blank message with a red and white clock block next to it (where the box or sign of delivery would be left).  If I leave the hub and don't come back theres no trace of me trying to send a message.

Also, when he tries to send it always shows the same time 19:45 December 31, 1012.

No matter who else here I have this problem or knows how to solve this problem?

Glad to hear that you are able to send messages to your friends is not what is most important?

  • Cannot send messages from the Outbox

When I try to send I get a message "some problems occurred" I can receive messages O.K.     it the last time I was able to send messages it the duplicated.

You have apparent dbx file corruption.

Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

    General precautions for Outlook Express:

Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the CPUs, slows down sending and receiving and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes and has even been responsible for the loss of messages. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:

Why you don't need your anti-virus to scan your email

Note that for some AV programs, it may be necessary to uninstall the program and reinstall in custom Mode and uncheck analysis when the option is the result of e-mail messages.

    Compact often as specified above.

    And backup often.

  • Cannot send messages in windows mail can receive

I have Windows Vista.  When I try to send a message, a pop up comes asking me my user name and password.  And then after that I enter it and press OK, it just disappears, then reappears.  I tried different messages with the same result.  I was get and send messages very well for a few years.  I did not change my settings / whatever it is.  Thanks for any help.

Update: now, it brings up the username and password window when I try to send or to receive thank you once again.  Here is the error message I get:

Account: 'pop.gmail.com', server: 'pop.gmail.com', Protocol: POP3, server response: '-ERR [AUTH] username and password not accepted.', Port: 995, secure (SSL): Yes, Server error: 0x800CCC90, error number: 0x800CCC92

Perhaps your password is corrupted. You could try to set on the server, and then in WinMail. Of course, they must be the same.

  • Cannot send messages, either through Windows Live Mail. Same problem as others have.

I could send messages through Windows Live Mail until I downloaded the optional updates for Windows 7.  I'm not saying that is / it was the culprit, because I restored my system to an earlier time (before downloading the update) and still had the same problem.  I tried to install Windows Live Mail on another computer and have the same problems.  I'm not as computer warned as others, so any help would need to be relatively simple to follow.

Click once on the work online on the status bar so that it turns into working in offline mode, and then remove all messages not sent from the Outbox.

Right-click on the account name in the folders pane, and then select Properties. On the servers tab, make sure that my server requires authentication is selected, and then click Advanced tab change the port to 587 outbound mail server.

Compose a new message of test with a single topic and send it to yourself. Post a new message in your response.

I can't send messages in Windows Live Mail even if I can still receive them.  I use Windows 7.  The error message is 0X800CCC69

    1. This account has already worked on this machine?
    2. Please post any error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to highlight then right click to copy and then paste in this thread. Just the number of code alone is not enough.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones cannot SEND the SMS messages on 8130

    Here is my story:

    1. I've upgraded to a Blackberry Pearl 8130 pink in the beginning of the year.   My carrier is Verizon.

    2. recently (a month ago) a friend sent a text message to me of his new phone.  I tried to text back, but received a big big red X indicating that my message isn't getting through.  Specifically, when I opened my message, the error says, "State of the Mobile equipment has failed."

    3. I went to Verizon.  They did something where I think that they took me off the network and then get back on.  There is nothing.  She wanted to make a hard game on the phone, but I had not backed up my data again.

    4. I went home and my data backed up and returned to Verizone about a week later.  I spend more than an hour in the store.  The gentleman who helped me was on the phone with someone (no doubt technical support) nothing works.  He was ready to order me a phone replacement, but after further discussions with technical support, they thought there was a problem with the network, not my phone.  I went home with a case number.

    5. the next day same Verizon called.  They said it wasn't a network problem and it was my phone.  They would send me a replacement.

    6. I received my replacement phone a few days later.  I was anxious to get it set up, but the results were the same.  I have not yet returned to Verizon.  I thought I'd try everything here first see if anyone had any ideas.

    The bottom line:

    I CAN send/receive emails.

CAN I send an MMS message.

    I CAN receive text Messages.

    I can't send SMS messages.

Thanks for any advice you may have.

    -Sandra

    Tami,

Thanks for the reply.  I happy to point out, however, that the problem has been resolved by Verizon!  It has never been my phone, that's why the replacement was a mute point.  Anyway, here is their answer (in case someone else has this problem):

Sandra, we reviewed your account and coding in any of our servers.  We believe that we have found the problem and fixed it.  We ask that you update your PRL (preferred roaming list) by calling the * 228, option 2.  Once completed please test your ability to send text messages.

I'm just glad that the problem has been resolved because my frustration was very high.

    Happy texting!

    -Sandra
