  This could be a problem with the cache (disk).
  You can see the topic: cache page if the caches are enabled and working.
  You can open on: pages through the address bar.

  Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

• When I try to print, and the HTML document firefox downloads only a blank page.

  I sent some documents in pdf format. I chose to download, the download arrow fired to the blue. I was then able to select the file. Opening the page print the normal browser and I was able to print. I need to reprint pages and this is where my problem comes in. All my downloaded pdf files types changed html firefox for documents adobe acrobat documents. I can now print what I want. I know that technically it does not really solve the problem of firefox regardless of this issue, but this allowed me to print my docs and that's what really mattered to me.   I am the admin of Windows for a University Department and install PC with Firefox all the time. This problem does not occur with every PC I would maintain, only a selection bit (model different laptops with Windows and update 1 8.1.) Until today, it has happened with the new user (with admin rights) accounts that I place on laptops for our staff. Today, this happened with the account administrator while setting up a new laptop. In all cases so far, I have install Windows from a registered image that was created by using sysprep.

  I tried many suggestions to reset Firefox, removing the profile of Firefox users, removing the Windows profile users, uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox, uninstall/reinstall of Firefox and the latest Java, but nothing helped. After uninstalling, I run an application to delete the caches and temporary files and even remove manually the keys to register HKLM\SOFTWARE\Mozilla and HKCU\SOFTWARE\Mozilla. I restart and make sure that the installation folder is deleted after uninstalling.

  Results are the same: after installing Firefox 31, the initial settings for migration, IE or Chrome pop up and after having clicked on the button finish, Firefox starts but does not display the home page of the new user, only a blank page. By clicking on the Options (3 bars) button does nothing.   I need to regularly send a text to a particular recipient with only the day and date which is different every time.

  I noticed after updating to V24.1.1 that were to happen, the text would have gone, just like the e-mail was sent.
  After checking my 'sent' folder, I found that the e-mail was a blank page. Conformation of the recipient showed that they had received an empty email.

  Another thing (boring) which is now occur when you type, the cursor will often jump to the upper-left corner of the page and continue to reproduce typed words.
