Blocks websites safari and app

Hi everyone, I will be a booth to sell products and advertising for my website of the company. I was wandering if there were a simple way (perhaps applescript or automator) let safari support only address begins with 'full' but do not any other site, load unless I have insert my password. and since I can't be every second closely on my mac I can do something like this to avoid the launch to a list of applications (such as the calendar or text or e-mail). I still have to work so I don't have to play 15 minutes only to allow an application and then another 15 to turn it off, something quick. and I'll still need access to all my data so I want to avoid using the guest user. I was thinking about using applescript, but I don't know how to make an app that will work and check the status: something like say that safari than if the url does not contain 'mysite' that redirect to "MySite" is easy to do, the problem is I don't know how to hold forever without having to run the script every time perhaps to make the script to run if safari loads a page, or something like that.

I am in your hands and open to suggestion. I'm fast learning code and know the basic (and something more) AppleScript.

Any idea?

Sorry for my English and I hope I'm not asking something obvious.

The first act of the reason is the following: what exists, exists; which is; and this irreducible bedrock principle, all knowledge is built. It is the Foundation of which life is adopted. Thinking is a choice. Wishes and whims are not the facts, nor that they are a way to discover. Reason is our only way to grasp the reality; This is our basic tool of survival. We are free to avoid the effort of thinking, to reject the reason, but we are not free to avoid the trouble of the abyss we refuse to see. Misery, iniquity and total destruction are hiding in the shadows outside its full light, where half-truths trap the faithful followers, believers of feeling deeply, followers of selfless. Faith and feelings are the warm marrow of evil. Unlike faith, reason and feelings does not provide no limit to limit any illusion, a whim. They are a virulent poison, giving the anesthetic illusion of moral sanction to every depravity ever hatched. Faith and feelings are the dark light of reason. Reason is the substance of truth itself. The glory is life is entirely enclosed by the reason, through this rule. In dismissing, rejecting reason, we kiss dead. Terry Goodkind

The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

  • 10.11.2 update blocks the account and apps

I've updated my Mac mini (i7, 16 GB; computer with 1 TB of HDD, more NAS RAID 5 attached, more a Lacie 2 TB hard drive for Time Machine backups) of OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 in 10.11.2. After the reboot, don't not a single application works. The only program that is running is Finder. Now, everything is extremely slow. Other applications - including system preferences - display a message that the app is damaged or incomplete. But on a second account (a standard account without administrator privileges), everything seems to work properly. Because I did a lot of customization in my admin account - and most of the programs are configured to run on this account only - I would be really grateful to pick up everything.

BTW, the idea to start my Mac with command-r and reinstall El Capitan 10.11.2 did not help.

  • Is it possible to block images in Safari and explore in a Text-Only Mode?

I have sensory processing problems and migraines Chronicles, then the blinking, animation, zoom, swerving, etc. on many web sites can be very painful.

I use Firefox with extensions different animation-blocking, but I can't block enough, and I started to get into trouble with menus flashing due to a bug in Firefox.

I can switch back to Safari for some purposes, although I prefer the cookie handling in Firefox to the constant sub power switch again and again in Safari and off.

I would rather than blocking the animated images of maps, etc, but it is probably simplest to block all images.

If a section of the Web site is able to Reader, you can try this feature of Safari.

  • iPhone redirecting into Safari and FB?

My phone is not jail broken. Today Safari and Facebook are redirect me to a series of websites ending with something like trade announces free com who then wants to install me an app or agree to some other nonsense. On a PC I have this called a virus, but I am confused as he is from my iPhone (5 s). Help!

Tap settings > Safari and tap to history Cleary & data site.

    Then try Safari or Facebook.

  • I can't delete my history correctly. I keep saying error in Shockwave Player and it says enable 32-bit in safari and stuff like that. Then, firefox crashes right there.

I already did to 32-bit safari and all the things that they need. But every time when I delete my browsing history, it would be block for 1-2 on average before returning to normal.

On a Mac, versions of Firefox 4 and later are a 64-bit application.

Not all support 64-bit plugins and if not, you must start Firefox in 32-bit mode to use this plugin.

    1. Closing of Firefox
    2. Launch the Finder and open the Applications folder
    3. Make a right click or Ctrl-click the icon of Firefox.app
    4. Select "Get Info."
    5. Select or deselect the option "open in 32-bit mode".
    6. Close window "Firefox Info"
    7. Restart Firefox
  • iOS 10.0.2 links open in safari not apps

I have an iPhone 6 and just go to ios 10.0.2. Links to connect to applications like youtube and Instagram are open in Safari instead of in their respective applications (as they have since at least ios 8). However, they take the extra step to go through the app as they will open there as usual, but then open in Safari. For example, if I click on a link in the description area of a youtube video of Instagram Instagram opens, but then suddenly pass to Safari, once the load application. In Safari, the upper left corner will tell Instagram, but if I come back, it's just my home feed and not the link, I clicked. The account that I clicked the link is opened in safari, but it's embarrassing because I am not connected to different accounts all the time on safari, so from there I can't like, follow, sharing etc. Is the same for the opposite, if I click on a YouTube video of a profile of Instagram, it opens the youtube app and then stutters and open safari and if I click back to youtube at the top left it goes to my usual youtube of power and if I click on open in safari app the same past (just my flow (, not the video from the link). I can't find any information about this problem except for a beta tester ask the question in July and another person knows the same thing a week there by clicking on the links in whatsapp. This really slows things because it goes through a two-step process to open the application and then the link in Safari, where I'm not logged in. Someone knows how to fix this problem or how to report?

  • iOS 10 location Service in Safari and Chrome

Location service does not work after upgrade to iOS 10.

The Safari and Chrome stop working.

My camera's iPhone 6 sec more

    Hi there tungfromdenver!

Welcome to the communities of Apple Support!  Thank you for bringing your question about location Services no longer works after having recently upgraded to iOS 10.  I rely on location Services in this many apps, so I know how important it is to work properly for Safari.  It's my pleasure to help you today.

I will first go through this article to make sure that the location Services settings are correct:

Use GPS and location Services for applications on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

In particular, I want you to check that location Services are turned on for Safari and Chrome.

    Best wishes.

  • Safari and Chrome

I have the retina iMac 5K, 27 inches, end of 2015.  I have run all the updates of El Capitan and am always current.  I was using Safari years without major problems or concerns.  Recently, I had a "glitch" with two experience various websites who advised me that if I would use a Chrome browser, the problems would be clear.  One of these sites is important to me and I use it every day.  The problem I have is annoying but not a deal breaker.  The other site is insignificant, but when I came across this question, it motivated me to post these questions that have been simmering for some time.

I have two questions.  First of all, can I install Chrome and then open and use Safari and Chrome without the risk of conflict or other technical problems?  (I am NOT a knowledgeable technician).

Second, there are significant benefits to Chrome on Safari? I use Google as my search engine.  I heard from several people that once they switched to Chrome, they stopped using Safari.

    Hello

Yes, you can use Chrome and Safari at the same time without any problems or risks. Be aware that you can choose a browser by default at the same time, but you can always change

I use Chrome for several years and there are no significant benefits. I think it's just a matter of taste.

    Greetings!

  • Redirects of Safari and ransom sites

Within the last few days my iMac was prey to redirects and popups of websites of ransom.  Redirects are all trying to read stories of legitimate websites like CNN.com, etc..  When I click on a link to read a story, I see the random URL displayed in the address line of safari and I'm taken to various random websites that is loaded with advertising and other nonsense.  I also have more than my share of 'popups ransom' as well as the Truvi homepage set as my default home page in safari.  I tried to address this problem by using the techniques described in the messages of support, but nothing seems to work.

I also downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and followed the instructions to scan my system, remove malware that we found, restart, but the problems remain.

I am running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 and Safari 9.1.1, which I've updated to the last level yesterday.

I read articles saying me to search the LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons folders and remove suspicious files, but I'm not sure what are these files and if I delete them.

The contents of the directories is as follows:

    ~/Library/LaunchAgents

    ~/Library/LaunchAgents/ [email protected]- SharedServices.Agent.plist

    ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com. Spotify.webhelper.plist

    Library/LaunchAgents

    file:///library/LaunchAgents/com.Google.keystone.agent.plist

    file:///Library/LaunchDaemons/com.unbridged.plist

    file:///Library/LaunchDaemons/com.unfortifiable.plist

I'm at a loss as to what to do next and what to do to prevent this problem from occurring in the future.  If there is more information I can provide, please let me know.  Some suggestions on best practices for the Safari preferences would be also useful.

Thanks in advance for your help.

There are a few weird plists in your LaunchDaemons folder. Could you post the content of each?

  • huffingtonpost.es/com does not correctly load in safari (and firefox), but he does it in chrome

I have problems loading of the huffingtonpost.es and sometimes .com on Safari on my mac and also in Firefox. But the web even chrome load perfectly.

It is the only web that I have problems up to now and is not a related problem of expansion because I don't have extensions in firefox and the same problem occurs there.

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? It seems that something in relation to the css.

The really strange thing is... I try to load huffingtonpost.com on safari and do not load correctly, I reload and reload and does not load correctly. Then I load in loads of Chrome perfectly and after that I try to load in safari (or firefox again), then load it. :-/ This does not always happen, but then sometimes drive me crazy.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Make sure your OS X software is up-to-date.

Click on your Apple  top left of your screen.

In the drop-down menu, click on: software update

That should launch the App Store.

If you see an update for OS X El Capitan and Safari, install these updates, restart your Mac and try Huffington Post on Safari and Firefox.

  • Slow Safari and Firefox ping

    Hi all

I use Safari 9.1 than my normal browser and OS X on a MacBook Pro late 2013 10.11.4.

I tested my internet speed (speedtest.net) on all devices and noticed that my 6s iPhone and iPad 2 air both iOS 9.3.1 (speedtest.net app) had a ping of less than a third of that of the MacBook Pro.

Then I tried Google Chrome 49.0.2623.112 (64-bit) and the speed is as fast as with iOS devices. Then I went 45.0.2 Firefox and it was as slow as Safari again.

For the last test, I disabled all extensions in Safari, but has not made a difference.

Is there a setting to speed up Safari on OS X, his counterparts of iOS? I would rather not use Chrome on battery because I lose an hour of battery time.

Thank you all for your help.

Safari/Preferences/Advanced - activate the menu to develop it, then go ahead and empty Caches. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. Then try Safari/history/Show History and remove all items from the history.  Quit/relaunch Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History... The downside is that it deletes all cookies. It could upset some sites no longer recognizes your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select Library./Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db, and then move it to the trash.

Go to Safari preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Test. If correct, enable the extensions one by one until find you which extension is causing the problem.
