  Some of the files seem corrupted when I import from one of my memory cards SD.  I import RAW files.  I have 4 other memory cards.  So far, it is not happened with other cards.

  The affected files have areas with a bright and multicolor background and gangs who block the photo...

  I have an Epson Viewer.  The files look OK when using this device.  A local photo store opened the files in another program, and they looked very good.

  The camera shop thought my Lightroom Catalog is maybe damaged.

  Any thoughts about what is the cause?

  After you import photos from a different SD card and two CF cards successfully, I concluded that the problem is most likely a faulty SD card.

• I use my photos as a screen saver file. I deleted some of my photo file, but the deleted photos still appear while the screen saver is running.

  Welcome to the Microsoft Vista answers Forum!

  Note: files or images will be stored in the same C:\Windows\System32\PhotoScreensaver.scr file after the image is removed from the main location. This is the reason why the photos appear even after their removal. And once you navigate and new photos as your screensaver the old ones will be replaced automatically.

• missing the file status: currently sync the files have blue arrows and synced to the cloud files have a green check mark.

  I loaded Adobe Creative Cloud and programs.

  Files are not updated to the Office of cloud or reverse!

  I cofoot and pasted the files in my documents on my new cloud drive.

  All the files are there and the cloud (menu bar top) says that everything is sync has... I tested my laptop, everything is there.

  I do not have indicators sync on my documents on my hard drive.

  What did I do wrong...

• I get error messages when you try to edit or print some of my photos. "Unable to open the photos with the unavailable original files."  Some have been transferred from iPhoto, and some have been rewritten in photoshop elements. Any thoughts?

  Pictures needs the original image file. This is to show you a preview in the browser, but to edit or export the photo of the original, file full resolution must be found.

  What's happened before the photos have disappeared?  Photos crashed? You run an application to remove duplicates or to clean your Mac?  You have restored the library from a backup?

  What version of Mac OS X you are running?

  Toshiba 39L4353DB TV. Picture settings are set to standard, backlight... 0... contrast... 70... brightness... mius-10... color... 5 temperature natural, but on some programs, there is more emphasis on a blue tinge to some of the images.

  I also set color temperature to warm up but this does not prevent the sometimes blue tint, otherwise I am satisfied with the quality of image, someone else this note?

  I have Toshiba 40L3451DB and I didn t notice something like that.
  I mean that's not easy to do some serious check or the comparison if you have written on some images.

  Have you tried to contact the closest service Toshiba and try to ask whether this problem is known or not?

• I am trying to access my hard drive for some records and my file photo in windows vista after it has been formatted.

  My laptop after runing battery accident, I cannot restore and re-installed was the only solution, I thought I had backup all files, but my photo files is missing and an other files that were in my office. I need assistance to access the hard drive if possible, I said it can be done.

  If you formatted the drive and reinstalled Vista, data is almost certainly lost to conventional methods of recovery...

The program also includes a secure deletion option that allows you to permanently delete files that were found while parsing, to avoid any future recoveries.

• Blue arrows covering tiles

  all of a sudden when I look in my photo files, thumbnails are almost entirely covered by a blue box with 2 arrows forward white.

  It is so annoying because now I can't see the thumbnails.  How to remove the arrows?

  1. click Start allprograms, Accessories, System Tools folder and Disk Cleanup
  
  2 check the photos and click OK.
  NOTE: Cache view the size of your thumbnail. More browsing, it can make.

  3 click delete files button on the confirmation window.

  4 disk cleanup will now clear thumbnail cache and close.

  This should clear up your tiles and once you access the program again the cache database will be recreated with the right thumb nail (we hope).

• Cannot print on firefox now blue arrow blinks and report in aspx?

  Until a few weeks before I could open a report in ADP and preview before printing but also print but now when I select print that flashes a blue arrow and no preview appears. When I click on the blue arrow (which is black, not not flashing) and a list of reports pop up. Then I have to go to the download file on hard drive to open the report. Until this week the download was in pdf format, now he's in the aspx I can't open or print. I want to back when I select the report it will preview it immediately and I can then print it.
  It works the way I wanted to in Internet Explorer and used for in Firefox. I like the other aspects of Firefox, but not how it prints NOW.
  Someone can help me.   To develop this last suggestion:

  "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > Applications Panel

  Once the loading list, in the search box at the top of the list, type pdf , take a break while the list is filtered. Then check the drop down menu on the right side and if it is set to save the file, try to set it to one of the following:

  • Preview in Firefox
  • Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)

• Icons have blue arrow 'flags' that shouldn't be there.

  Recently infected by Trojan Tidserv Request 2.  I've since removed the Trojan horse, but my icons for individual files have blue arrow 'flags' on those who were not there before.  None of my icons of programs or files have changed, only the icons for the individual files.

  These blue arrows are nothing to worry about. I assume you have installed Norton360. The blue arrows are indicators just to tell you what has been saved and what was not. To get rid of the arrows, open Norton and go to settings. Then click Backup. There is an option that says "backup status Overlay". If you clear this option then the arrows will no longer appear. It won't make your computer more vulnerable or anything, just, it gets rid of arrows.

  Looks like your user profile has been corrupted in some way and XP connected to a new profile.  This means that when you connect, you see one of your stuff and can be also lack all the other programs you may have installed previously.

  Note that the system restore do not know or care about the personal files on your system.

  Unless there's a disaster or instead of a system restore you done a system recovery files would be still on your system somewhere - you just find them... and when you find them, you can correct what happened.  If you have made a recovery of the system instead of a system restore, then all is lost and you need to recover from a backup.

  Have you performed a search of Windows to see if you can find some of these photos and files?    For example, you could search for something like "Resume.doc" or a file name that you remember exactly to see if it is anywhere on your system and where it is.

  Why don't you get in Windows Explorer and (assuming that XP is installed on your C drive), navigate to this folder:

  C:\Documents and Settings

  Below, you will see that each user on your system has their own folder for their personal belongings.  You will see also some folders listed user that you do not recognize, but that's normal.

  Under the folder of each user, there is another folder, as "Documents of Jose" and under this 'Jose music' and «De Jose Pictures»  Dig a little and check them all to see if you can find your missing stuff.

  Just take a look in the Control Panel, add/remove programs to see if "missing" programs are still installed, but all not available when you are logged in (you don't have to 'do' something - just look at).

  Assuming that you can find your missing stuff, determine where we (which will make feel you better knowing that it is not really gone), then report back and someone can help you straighten things.
