Blue screen stop error message. __

I'm in serious trouble. I use Windows XP service pack 3.

I reloaded the OS after formatting the hard drive. all measures have been taken as advised. I was not able to detect the device that is causing a FALSE START of the windows and then blocking the operating system while I do a lot of work.

The following error report is generated any time well.

    Hi Vashem,

The error STOP: 0x000000F4 can occur for several reasons. There are many reasons why your system may crash because of these screens to stop errors\Blue. The most common scenarios are: faulty drivers, hardware problem (especially RAM). In this case, the issue could be due to the motherboard is heated.

Check firmware and system disk controller BIOS settings are correct and that the storage device has been correctly installed.

Method 1: The problem is possibly due to material of unsupported disk controller. Check if BIOS (Basic Input\Output System) is set to IDE. Enter the BIOS and check the settings. Change the SATA to IDE option (if available). You can view the manual to do the same thing.

Note: Be careful when you change the BIOS settings. The BIOS interface is designed for advanced users, and it is possible to change a setting that can prevent your computer from starting properly.

Method 2: Disconnect any external devices from the computer except for the mouse and keyboard and check if that helps.

    Hello

Two main causes of this blue screen video drivers and BIOS - check with the system manufacturer
Site for graphics (Video) card and BIOS, then on site of the manufacturer of the device for the last video. It may be
other pilots to check there. Disable the installation of self as those who are older and if
Updates Windows suggests a pilot just HIDE. Antivirus is another possibility.

See methods of update driver generic in the next message.

    Cause

Bug KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED control is a very common bug control. To interpret
You must identify which exception has been generated.

    Common exception codes are:

    • 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation has occurred.

    Solve the problem

If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques:

    • Make sure you have enough disk space.
    • If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the
    • Reference of the manufacturer for driver updates.
    • Try changing video cards.
    • Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.
    • Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2
(the address of the exception) must identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following:

    • Hardware incompatibility. Make sure that all new equipment installed is listed in the
    • List of Microsoft Windows Marketplace tested products.
    • Service driver or defective peripheral system. A service driver or defective peripheral system can be
    • responsible for this error. Hardware problems, such as the incompatibilities of the BIOS, memory, conflicts
    • and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If the verification of the message bug list a driver by name, disable or remove that driver. Also, clear or
remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during startup
sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use
Safe mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the system startup
Mode process without failure, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access to the
    file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third remote
control program. If this software is installed, you can remove the service from the system startup of
using the recovery and then Console by removing the system service file incriminated.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the
device or the driver that generated the bug check 0x1E. You can disable the cache in memory of the BIOS to try
to resolve the error. You must also run the diagnostics of equipment, in particular the scanner memory, which
the manufacturer of the system provides. For more information about these procedures, see the owner
    Manual for your computer.

The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows installation or after
The Setup is completed. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with the lack of disk space,
reduce the number of files on the disk drive hard target. Search for and delete temporary files that
you do not have to have, the files hidden Internet, backup application files and .chk files that contain saved
fragments of files on the disc scans. You can also use another drive to hard disk with more free space for the
    installation.

You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS

    =============================================

Look in the Event Viewer to see if something is reported on those.

What you are looking for will be in one of the following categories:

    (a) the BIOS bug
    (b) a pilot whose activity is at the origin of the processor target lock
    (c) a defect in hardware (temperature, voltage, dust, RFI, pure and simple borkedness...)? I also wonder about default CPU)

  • Blue screen STOP error 0 x 00000124 on Toshiba Qosmio X 300 - 13w

    Hey guys and girls.

I need urgent help with my new Toshiba Qosmio X 300 - 13W (British model) that I bought in December
I chose to install the 64-bit Vista Home Premium on the computer and the slopes of big thing until I HAV a work of high intensity for it as a game or to have several applications running at the same time:
The screen goes black and the sound begins to "jerk" (repeat in a very short loop for awhile) before crashing to a Windows blue screen
The blue screen said he "detected a unsolvable material error" and the technical Ref of the error message is "STOP 0 x 00000124 (0 x 0000000000000000, 0xFFFFFA8008FE2030, 0x00000000B2000040, 0 x 00000000000800).
Anyone else with the X 300 - 13w has this error or someone has an idea what to do.

Some common reasons for this problem is a hardware conflict between the graphics cards NVidia and realtek audio, but this seems to be a problem with 32 bit Vista.
The microsoft Web site claims that it is a problem of PCI-E hotswappable with Vista but with a laptop that is not possible to phyically unless the hotswap happen somehow between the GeForce 9800 M GTS and the 9400M G during the games?

Thank you very much in advance.

Seat of Windows XP PRO X 64. After you uninstall old graphics drivers, PC does not long enough to install new graphics drivers and continually, it passes loop BSoD after windows login. I disabled the effect loop so I can display the blue screen message. I read that its actually the file videoprt.sys in service pack 2. don't forget that this is the version 64-bit (located in windows/system32/drivers) who has a bug (ver 5.2.3790.3959). I did some research to get the version 5.2.3790.1830, but I can't download it to replace the current one. Does anyone have a solution for me? Currently, my PC has no graphics driver installed because of this problem.

    BUCKET_ID: X64_0xDA_vgapnp! VgaStartIO + 226

The process that crashed was the SteelSeriesEngine.exe:

If the SteelSeriesEngine.exe is the process that is constantly crashing and then disable this process to start as there may be a conflict between the SteelSeriesEngine.exe and the vgapnp.sys.

You could try renaming the SteelSeriesEngine.exe in the directory of the program SteelSeriesEngine to something like SteelSeriesEngine.old

  • Bluetooth, causing the blue screen with error message: out of State driver

    Hello

I am posting this in the other thread here but it was closed before I could solve the problem.
    Background:
I left on vacation for 4 weeks and I left my computer.  When I came back, my computer was giving me the following problems:
    • Video playback of my SIN was rough and freezing - I fixed that by finding out one of the drives died on RAID-1
    • After 30 minutes, the computer would give me a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) and reboot - I have updated every driver I could, each piece of software, update the BIOS and then finally solved the problem by updating the firmware on my boot drive: a Crucial 128 GB SSD m4

These two problems have been resolved, but can be useful to understand the current problem

    Current problem:
After trying to use the webcam for video chat via Gtalk or Skype, my Bluetooth Logitech MX5500 keyboard and mouse stop responding.  About 10-15 minutes after the call is completed, my computer gives a Blue Screen of Death with the message of STATE FAILURE of PILOT.
The minidump file is available here, and I understand that the cause is due to my Bluetooth driver: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/30633232/052212-24429-01.dmp
    What I tried:
    • I've updated all the drivers available on the Asus site for my motherboard Asus P8P67 EVO, including Bluetooth and the BIOS driver
    • I've updated my HD Audio integrated system with the drivers available on the Web from Realtek site
    • I've updated all my drivers webcam and Logitech software
    • I uninstalled, restart and reinstalled my Bluetooth drivers
    • I have not matched and repaired my Logitech MX5500 keyboard and mouse

I would say to uninstall the application that has installed the driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\sptd.sys, maybe it is Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%.

Then, uninstall the c:\windows\system32\drivers\sptd.sys - see "How can I remove driver SPTD on 64-bit operating system?" in the following link:

    Original title: driver error

They just showed me an error on my computer. I am currently running Windows 8. I was in the middle of games on Steam and my computer randomly gave me a blue screen. He told me that "DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (Wdf01000.sys). It restarted and now I'm on that's fine, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent and what should I do to remove if it's going to be a recurring problem. Thank you.

  • How can I restart my Dell Inspiron 6000 with blue screen STOP errors: OXOOOOOO24 (OX8A583A5O, OXCOOOO102, OXOO19O2O3, OXOOOOOOOO)

I can't follow the recommended steps: disable or uninstall etc because I have the only way I can get the screen out of the blue is off. When I restart, the screen is unresponsive to F1 or F8 or options offered reboot - it automatically by default the blue screen message.

How to do screen out of the blue?

What should I do to begin the process of recovery by using the reinstallation CD?
    Thank you

    These should be useful:

Recovery of Windows XP using the Recovery Console

When you get to the first audit of recovery for the file Console ntfs.sys such as described in article 1.  If you cannot change the type of file NTFS.sys CHKDSK /R and press .  You can run the command without having to log on to the console.  Be patient, it may take some time chkdsk to finish, it can take hours for the command to complete, there is no way to cancel the order after that you will deliver, just give it time and let run until the end.  DO NOT stop or unplug the computer to cancel the chkdsk command, this may cause more damaged drive.

  • Blue screen STOP error: 0 x 00000050 [0xE4489414 0 x 00000001 0x8054BFD2 0x00000001]

First of all, I got the blue screen error a few days ago. I left my computer and works fine while I went to school, when I got home, it rebooted and frozen to the diagnosis of the BIOS screen. I turn it off and restarted again, and before windows could load up, he got a bluescreen and restarted. Once more, he froze in the diagnosis of the BIOS screen. I didn't know what was going on, so I unplugged my computer and reset the BIOS by removing the battery, and it put it back again. Then I plugged in the computer and it starts. It loaded windows, and I logged on. Windows has worked for about 10 minutes before he got another blue screen of the same type. The screen flashed by too fast for me to read. He said something about 'Memory error'.

I tried to restart the computer, and he hung up on the screen of the BIOS again, so I reset the BIOS again and was able to open a windows session. I thought I might have a virus, so I start Microsoft Security Essentials and started a full analysis. 5 minutes later, I got the blue screen again. After this third blue screen, nothing I tried would let me connect you. I have reset the BIOS again, tried the last known good configuration (which has worked for 3 minutes) and I tried to start in safe mode. Nothing has worked. Finally I said a few expletives, re-formated my HARD drive and reinstalled windows Xp. It worked well until everything has been done, and when everything was finally set up and running, 20 minutes later I got the blue screen again. I gave up and left the computer to sit for a day, while I thought about what to do. Last night, I turned on it and hey presto, it works again.

It worked for about 6 hours, then I disconnected and close. This afternoon I turned it on and it worked for about 2 hours, then I got a new Blue error screen. This time, the error remained on the screen long enough for me to write:

    STOP: 0 X 00000050 [0XE4489414 0X00000001 0X8054BFD2 0X00000001]

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

He made a memory dump, and then rebooted normally. To log in again, I got this:

System has recovered from a serious error:

    BCCode: 1000008e BCP1: C0000005 BCP2: BF8B173F BCP3: B3BE4C3C BCP4: 00000000 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP:3_0 product: 768_1

He asked me to send an error report, so I sent off the coast, including the info dump and system memory. So far, I've been connected for about 45 minutes now without any problems. I had previously looked up the error memory and found a bunch of answers that don't really solve my problem. I have installed new equipment last year and the 4 GB of RAM I have in my system is much more than I ever use. I looked at the papers in computer management and found only an error, but it's because after I reformatted my computer, all the previous 'memory' error logs are now gone. Looking at the logs, I also found this error which has repeated every time my computer starts:

AMLI: ACPI BIOS is trying to create an illegal memory OpRegion, starting to address 0xaabbccdd with a length of 0 x 400. This region is located in the operating system's protected memory address range (0x100000 - 0xdfedf800). This could lead to instability of the system. For technical assistance, please contact your system provider.

I don't know if this error is related to my other problems or not. The strange thing about all this, is that these problems only suddenly came with none of these errors that occur before about 3 days ago. I also noticed undeclared my CD-Rom has a bad block of memory. I don't know why this product is no longer, because I bought brand new CD a year ago and have any errors with it so far.

I don't really know what is happening, but I intend to test my RAM and buy a new key if none of them produce the 'memory error' once again, but so far, the computer is running somewhat normally, which is better than nothing. Any advice you have would be great.

    Thanks for your time,

    SLIM

Much better and you are doing very well.

Your video driver looks good, your sound is a bit out of date (the latest from Realtek is 5.10.0.6194).

See the Readme for Realtek from here and see that the most recent driver is 5.10.0.6194, but if it was what he usually come in BSV.

    http://www.Realtek.com./downloads/downloadsView.aspx?langid=1&PNid=14&PFID=24&level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GETDOWN=false

You can check your NVIDIA drivers on the NVIDIA website:

I use the NVIDIA site and let their scanner online take a look at your video card and see what he suggests for drivers and consider their analysis if they offer a new driver.

It is recommended to run the scan NVIDIA with Internet Explorer.

Here is the address of the NVIDIA page:

    http://www.nvidia.com/download/Prescan.aspx?lang=en-us

Read the instructions, and then click the GRAPHICS DRIVERS button to start the scan.

I'd do the RAM test, and since you have a genuine XP bootable installation CD, you can start it and choose to enter the Recovery Console and run chkdsk/r as follows:

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same thing you see in the Explorer folder C:\WINDOWS.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the command prompt.

Start by checking the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.  It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

If you get a BSOD, we look deeper into the crash dump files which mean you must download this file "skydrive" share the thing they have here.  If you wish, you can go ahead and download the latest files from 5 dump for the practice.  I need practice too since I'm not a skydriver.  BSV has the information in pink in the lower pane of the form, but it is not in the general report.  Sometimes it NLY shows XP files in the upper part and there is probably nothing wrong with them.
