  I get the blue frames around graphics reversal in Firefox, but not IE or Netscape usually once they were clicked. One stay, others disappear. Any ideas what is the cause? All are jpg files and seek to be lining up properly.

  Browsers adds by default outlines / borders. If you see this when you click on the images, you can look in the visited css pseudo classes if you have them set to the site.

  This is one of the accessibility features. It's the switch command. You will need to go into settings > general > accessibility > switch control and turn it off.
