I have a Dell Dimension 5150 and use the Windos XP operating system.  I get a blue error screen:

650F:0262
650F:0428
650F:0462
650F:1228

650F:0 D 62
650F:0E28
650F:0E62
650F:1 A 28

Access your product download page and reinstall the software for bluetooth under networks:

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?OS=2093 & LC = on & DLC = in & CC = US & Product = 3716846 & lang = in

then, under network connections in the network and sharing window - see if you have a bluetooth adapter that is listed.  If you do not use bluetooth, you can turn it off or you should be able to set it up properly.

If fails it then in Control Panel, under administrative tools, Services - locate service BTtray and disable it.

  • Error: "unable to start the service Object Push Profile (OBEX OPP)" when trying to transfer files from the Android phone via bluetooth

Original title: Android mobile phone via bluetooth, I get an error on my phone.

When I try to send a file by my Android phone to my laptop via bluetooth, I get an error on my phone saying "cannot start service Object Push Profile (OBEX OPP)". Reason: The return value is "false", but I can send files from my laptop to my phone OK.

    Hi steve3624,

We recommend to check if there is no parameter which must be activated on your phone, then try to transfer the file to your laptop.

We also advise to check if there are any service name Object Push Profile and start it. To do this, try the following steps:
    a. Click Start, type services.msc and press to enter.
    b. in the list of services, locate Object Push Profile service and double-click it.
    c. change the startup type to automatic and click on the Start button to start the service.
    d. click ok to apply the changes.

    Hello

You can check in the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) if the CD/DVD drive is set as the first priority in the boot sequence. If this isn't the case, set the CD/DVD drive as the first priority in BIOS and then try to boot into the Recovery Console.

Note: Changing the BIOS / chipset can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/chipset can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

Then, you try to run chkdsk from the Recovery Console and check if you are able to boot to the desktop.

At the Recovery Console prompt, type which Suits, and then press ENTER:

    CHKDSK [/ p]: [/ r]

Note: At first, try to run chkdsk/p & check if it helps. Later, you can run chkdsk/r.

Reference: How to install and use the Windows XP Recovery Console

Hope the helps of information. Please post back and we do know.

  • How can I get the error "Unable to start the service" on attempts to run administrative tools (including the Services application) when logged in as an administrator?

A large number of menu selections is affected, including the 'computer management', 'Event Viewer', 'Services' and 'System Configuration'.

I tried to clean a computer that was thus invaded by unwanted applications and the services that it was unusable.  I applied several sets of Windows updates until it has been fairly stable, then lightened through the Services application services, changing many services 'automatic' to 'enabled' or 'disabled '.  I suspect that some service necessary for the performance of the foregoing has been inadvertently stopped.  (None that he was '' strongly recommended '' or '' recommended '' do not turn off or the description seemed to make a requirement, but...)  I don't know how to confirm this theory, identify the missing service or reactivate a service without the Services application.

I got lucky.  I called a local, independent computer store.  Their support staff (after confirming that I had an appropriate Windows license) told me that if the computer came with a disk for Installation of Windows Vista, there is probably a partition to start installation on the hard disk, I could get to with a special touch at the beginning of the start-up phase of the BIOS.  It flashed by so quickly that I missed my chance, so I put off the power while trying to boot Windows.  On my next attempt, I missed again (even if I managed to spot the key combination - F11).  But when he arrived at the start-up phase of Windows, he offered me a chance to run the system restore which was banned when I was logged in with an administrator account.  I had to go back a ways, but I found one who would start and was able to complete cleaning of the machine and make it to a usable state.

    Thanks to all who responded.

Oh, and it seems (according to my conversation with the service of the local computer store) that my fatal mistake was by disabling the service allowing you to promote its own security.  Apparently an administrator account is not the rights needed to perform most administrative functions without it; If disabling the service gets you into a nearly unrecoverable state.  A hint of that in the description of the service, or even a total ban on deactivation, would be a good idea.

  • Re: Error: unable to start Bluetooth stack service

I have a HP Pavilion Dv7-2111TX laptop, I have wrong came running 'CCLEANER' to things well arranged and it seems to have removed or changed the Driver or the registry. I deleted my laptop since Bluetooth devices and restored several times, computer says device correctly paired and ready to use, but every time I try to send pictures via Bluetooth, "Sending failed". Unfortunately, I've never backed up the hard, so there is no Restore Point. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

The strange thing about all this is that, according to your product specifications, you do not have Bluetooth and I can't find drivers for Broadcom to your models support page?

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c01820313

Use this driver for the HDX/dv8 machines, it is very up-to-date and work. If all goes well, it will solve the problem.

http://www.hphdx.NET/FAQ/tabid/62/TID/9/CID/6/default.aspx scroll down until you come to Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth, version 6.3.0.6300

It is here the direct link to the file as well.  ftp://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp50001-50500/sp50180.exe

Save it on the desktop and install it from there, not in a temporary folder. After installing the driver back to Services and to ensure that the two are set to automatic and that they are started.

You can also try to go back as far as you can restore Windows or lat Windows choose the restore point.

Have you tried to restart the two services and the start of your machine?

I think they are Intel drivers, but have failed to find a cure for this problem.
Other than a real slow start it seems no problem.
Am that I the only one having this problem and everyone know the cure?

So, you understand where the problem is but why didn t you have installed graphic drivers intel one another? I mean, you know where is the problem and you can correct it.

Otherwise, if a reinstallation does not help, it would be better to completely recover your system to eliminate the problem.
