  Command must be Task1, 2, 3.

  Sorry for the delay.

  It is normal behavior when the DAQmx task is still running.

  You must stop/clear the task before closing the window. It's especially good style to work with only one user interface / window.

• Disable the execution of the tasks for the Exchange Connector

  EIS,

  We use the Exchange for IOM connector and use almost all of the features of the connector. However, some of the processes on the process for the Exchange user form is not currently in use and will never be used. How can we remove these tasks of process safe? Is it fair to delete all the tasks? If someone else tried it? There is no documentation for this on the connector itself, that's why I am posting this here.

  For example, the named taks process:

  • 'Keep deleted updated default items'
  • "Database update"

  These are things we do not want to be triggered. We tried just renaming the ("Updated_disabled of the database") - but this obvisouly does not work.

  Is it fair to remove stains and we're home free? No internal configuration anywhere required by the Exchange Connector?

  There are a lot of posts here on the triggers and spread. You kept the format of update " Update" by adding the change at the end of the task instead of starting name. This will result in ongoing triggers the task.

  Yes you are right, the key code and decode the keys is due to the codification in the connector to distinguish values from multiple IT resources.

  If you want to get rid of this [resource ~] you need to modify the connector.

  One last thing looks like the base dn you specified for the reconciliation of research is DC = adtest, DC = com with generic filter that is why you find entries like 2 ~ CN = {6AC1786C-016F-11D2-945F-00C04fB984F9}, CN = Policies, CN = System, DC = adtest, DC = com which cannot be a group you want to

  Yes the bug has been checked on 12.2.1. It is the version, and not specific o/s. The bug does not exist in previous versions. We are working on a fix for the fix.

  In my planning application, I can't get the report function of the task list to show me the State of each task of the user list, when I set up this user to a Shared Services group. The problem is that supply us groups to the access list of task and not users directly.   Firstly what Hyperion version are you on?

  Then when the user logs on their task list homepage provides a dashboard where they are on their (complete vs incomplete) task.

  Finally, through Smart View(planning connection) you can create/generate a report for any task list and this report can be grouped by user or task and displayed in Excel or PDF.

  Hi if your task is running an informatica mapping you can set your DAC task to run the full mapping for incremental and full loads, so tab task just point to the mapping.

  I want to run a loop with an offset to each iteration. I explain: I want to run a task multiple times (for loop), but with a variable delay in each iteration.

  Thus, if we put t = 0 before you run the loop and I use 3 iterations. I put a writ of execution to the first ieration after 3 sec then skip to the next iteration of course without waiting the end of the previous iteration and run the current iteration after 1.5 s and go to the third ieration (once again without waiting for the latest iteration).

  I conclude: this is a simultaneous execution of a for loop (10 to 50) from different eras (variable time between t = 0 and each running of each task.

  The problem I found in the loop is the fact that I have to wait the end of the time delay in each iteration bfore going on to the next.

  In all languages, a loop iteration FOR happens AFTER previous.  However, go with the parallelized FOR loop can happen to you.

• RESOLVED: The Task Manager icon in the system tray

  I always keep my task manager running as an icon in the system tray.  After an update of software that seems to be an update of Windows XP or IE7, I can minimize is no longer my status bar task manager system; the icon is no longer present.  I have not changed the settings view in the Task Manager bar; they are all checked.  Now, I have to keep the Task Manager minimized in the taskbar instead.  [None of the taskbar settings were changed to icons in the system tray as I downloaded the SP3 for XP over 3 years ago.]  Could it have been caused by the update or y at - it a way to get the Task Manager to reduce in the tray system again?  Thank you.

  I tried all types of features troubleshooting before coming here, including a full analysis of the antiviral software from my system & checking event viewer.  I even went in the registry to see if something happened to the system tray.  BUT... The action to be performed by the most obvious and which should have been the first, I failed to do - restart.  Due to an another software update of my antiviral package yesterday, 22/02/2012, I needed to restart.  After the reboot, the Task Manager icon returns to the system tray and minimization has not caused to disappear.

  The only thing I can conclude is that something has gone wrong during the update of the software of MS Windows and installation of KB2660456, KB2647516-IE7, & KB2661637.  It was the only thing that happens so that I was with MS Paint, no browser was opened or other software packages on except what is necessary to update the files over an internet connection.  To take a hit to what it was exactly would be silly because any number of operations might have bothered with or temporarily created a small problem with the properties of the view Task Manager.

  So I chalk it up to did not not the most basic 'Fixer glitch", reboot, in my haste to find a culprit.  I hope that my blunder will remind others not not forget to start with the basics for sudden failures troubleshooting.  Thank you for your time and your advice.

  4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
  5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.

  I have a DB of 2007 access on a shared folder on the network.  I want 4 users to be able to start and DB that open when they are connected.

  It works when you schedule the execution of a program that is located on the local disk, for example, open Notepad or a other prog.

  When I do the following...

  Create the new task (no base)

  Open task DB name > run when the user logged on (they must be in any case) use with the highest privileges = yes > Configure to Vista or server 2008 (using Small Business SERVER 2003 and Vista Bus)

  Relaxation > in the journal to start GOLD > specific user or group (ME) check box selected = Yes

  Action > start a program > Browse to the program/script = x player database - name.accdb

  Conditions - no defined (of course supply sector)

  Settings > allow the task runs at the request - stop after three days (again, I'm not that long!)

  Click RUN to see if it works. Nothing happens

  All suggestions, anyione has done something similar?

  Tried several variations on the settings, still no joy.
