  Problem is my laptop can receive files that are shared in my office... but my office cannot receive all the files from my laptop, all two media sharing enabled and have all two disabled firewall.

  Sharing files in Windows 7 and XP

  Sharing folders between two Windows 7 machines with the new homegroup feature is an easy process, but the homegroup feature is not compatible with Vista or XP.

  First of all, make sure that both computers are members of the same workgroup which by default is named Workgroup.

  a. on the Windows 7 machine go into control panel-all items in the control panel-network and sharing Center then click on change sharing settings, advanced.

  b. you want to check the following settings under Advanced for home or work and Public profile sharing settings.

  ·         Turn on network discovery.

  ·         Printer sharing and file.

  ·         Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can read write files in public folders.

   

  c. If you want any user to access public actions disable password protection.  It is located in the sharing settings advanced to the bottom of the list (protected by password sharing).

  ·         Turn off password protected sharing.

   

  d. If you want to keep it enabled, make sure that there is a newspaper account that the other XP machine and they have a password.

  e. over on your XP machine open my network places to search for the shared folder of Windows 7.

  f. double-click the shared folder to find a list of shared folders in the folder Public of Windows 7.  If you have password protection enabled you will have to type the user name and password of the user account on the windows 7 machine first.

  All my photos are stored on my Mac and I always synchronize the albums selected using iTunes. Until today, I had nine albums (about 2000 pictures) synced to my phone. Just upgraded yesterday to iOS 10 and... cannot sync any additional album for my iPhone!   Do not help disable iTunes, Photos or even the iPhone and sync again. New pics added today to the former synchronized albums synchronizes all right.

  Is there a trick?  Or a problem of incompatibility between iOS 10 and iTunes 12.5.1?

  Good news!  Problem solved!

  First of all, I noticed that on my iPhone, WeChat (a good Chinese software equivalent to Facebook x WhatsAp) saw my fine albums, while the pictures couldn't!

  So weird, that I was convinced to try once more to bring my old file Photos Cache in my photo library, even if a new cache file is supposed to be created whenever iTunes syncs photos.

  For some reason, the last time I tried it did not work, but this time he did: my old cache file was now in my photo library!  I don't know what I did differently.  In any case, I sync my photos once more with iTune then open the pictures on my iPhone, half hoping to find my old nine albums back... and here they were!  Even my two additional albums were there, with all the photos inside!

  Problem solved, even though I still don't know what it was. Looking at other positions in the community in respect of 'Synchronization of Photos with iOS10', it seems that iOS10 there a problem that requires a sort of library discount at zero.  Thank you Leonie bear with me and try to reproduce the problem on your computer!  Information guide me to the solution. I downloaded the latest OS for the phone and the latest version of iTunes on my PC and have tried all USB ports several times. I also reinstalled drivers USB to the PC.  The phone is recognized on the computer of a friend under Win 7. All shows when I plug it on mine is a page showing the 'Apple iPhone' folder display of storage internal (2.18 GB free of 14.7 GB). Troubleshooting in devices and printers, where the phone displays as "Not specified Apple iPhone" generates a message saying that "Apple iPhone is an older USB device and may not work with USB 3.0 and plug it into a USB 2.0 port." But when I use USB 2.0 (I tried several times using each of the three USB ports on my PC), troubleshooting the error message says "Apple iPhone won't work correctly with USB 3.0." This seems to be a recent problem, since in March 2016, I could spend a few songs from my PC to my phone using iTunes.

  I wish I had some ideas of people who have experienced this problem, I find to be a more frustrating one.

  Well, you aren't the only one. This just freakin happened to me. I spent the last three hours with apple and Windows supports. Now I'm reinstalling Windows 10 by last resort of Windows support councils. I got the same message USB. In iTunes, under devices something removed my 5s and the iPad. But it remains 6 s wife. I tried my computers 2-(SS) 3.0 ports and 1 port 2.0 ordinary. I tried all four thinners cables I have. I will let you know the result of the Windows reinstall.

"Watching movies on the following devices...".  An iPod classic or iPod nano (3rd, 4th, or 5th generation). "6th generation iPod nano can not play videos, but can't 7th gen.  However, it is not mentioned in that sentence, then you if your iPod nano is the 7th generation, you may not be able to watch rented movies about it, even if you have hired the SD version.
