  After update to the last version of windows 8, my mouse does not work on my computer no more. I use a "HAMA Optical Mouse AM-5000" and a 64-bit Windows 8 operating system to my office. Before the update, everything worked very well, but a little at the time (perhaps a week?) there was a software update that began when I shut down my computer for the night and after, my mouse wouldn't just appear.   In the (Control Panel > system and security > Windows Update > View Update History) all there is "you have not tried to install the updates for this computer. The most recent is "Word Viewer 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3): WDVIEWSP3" which has been installed on 26/09/13 and "update for Microsoft Windows (KB2889543)" which has been installed on 25/09/13.

  I downloaded the latest drivers from the mouse on the site that you have linked and no change. By chipset are you referring to the processor (Intel i7)?

• Some pages are not loading after the last update v39.

  After the updated 07/07, pages many (but not all) which worked well previously are now time and need to be recharged to load (for the first time, somehow). Started by clearing cache, then checked for malware and ended by reinstalling Firefox. I copied my profile, rather than starting from scratch with extensions (about 5 only execution).

  All of these problematic pages open correctly in Internet Explorer.

  I have a Samsung Slate 700 t PC running windows 7.

  Since the November update, I can not connect.  The screen flashes just before he gets to the login screen.

  I understand that this could be a problem with KB3097877.

  I tried to start in safe mode and safe mode with command prompt. When it gets to the login screen, I touch the icon of connection and loading, it waits a bit then returns to the login screen.

  If after performing the above steps, you are able to start the computer and access the desktop then try to Uninstall KB3097877 update if it is installed, and then reinstall it.

  Bridge icon appears and then immediately crashes with problem report "Adobe Bridge CC quit unexpectedly".

  Fixed. I removed the Remote, reloaded app to my iPhone and then reinstated the info Apple ID and password in the app all connected immediately. The 'Remote' option is not always present under file/devices/Remote, but everything works well at this point.
