Bootcamp will not display at startup, even if I follow the steps correctly

Good so I tried to get windows 7 for a while now, and with my luck it just has not worked. The only time where I see all that on windows 7 is a black screen that says: "Non system disk, press any key to restart", and the only time where I see the black screen with this message is when the MBP reboots after the initial installation of windows 7 in bootcamp. So I press every button on my keyboard, I can possibly and nothing happens. So I rebooted the system by pressing the power button, hold the alt/option key and everything that appears is two and two disks ONLY, who says Macintosh HD, and then the other said recovery-#. # (Sorry I forgot the numbers but, I am currently using the latest El Capitan).

Assuming it's a 2010 MBP, the only supported Windows installation method uses a physical DVD.

Setup of Windows start and you can select and format the Windows partition and then fail with this error?
