Bought Lightroom CC still talking evaluation (or how to have 32767 evaluation days...)

I bought Lightroom CC 28 days with monthly subscription. But today Lightroom says "30 day trial" ended.
I tried to sign in with my Adobe account and I got the following message:
In English: "you can test this product for everyday 32767"... "
When I chose 'Activate now' or "Activate the license of the software" Adobe asks me a subscription
What can I do?

I just contacted the support by chat.
First: 'enough rapid and intelligent assistance' (thanks to Frank and Adobe KB)
The root cause was my file/etc/hosts with bad entries on Adobe. Here is the procedure:
-Go to / etc (with Finder > go to the directory "/ etc" or with Terminal cd/etc)
-Open the "hosts" file and remove all the entries of adobe:
-with the Finder, copy the file to the desktop, change, copy the changed file in / etc
-with Terminal, a bit of sudo vi/etc/hosts s (for advanced users only ;-))
-Disconnection of the CC
-Connect to CC
-Run your favorite software to test
-No more "evaluation period".

Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
Adobe Creative Cloud apps back in test mode after 2015 set CC to update
* NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.
If it still gives you an error of the trial, then please refer to the troubleshooting listed below:
If you are using MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)
3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater
4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect
If you use the WINDOW:
1 complete the process / Task Manager tasks in the same order, as mentioned below the Manager tasks. See, Open the Task Manager
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) 3 - CUT any security software installed with firewall system, also if your having any browser Add On installed for blocking advertising that turn off too.
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect

There is no functionality disabled for Lightroom 5. Just install it on the new machine and use your serial number to activate it.

I bought Lightroom 5 of B & H Photo a few months ago and since then have now upgraded computers. This new computer doesn't have a hard drive and I can't figure out how to download it on my new computer. I must not have created an Adobe account when I initially purchased and downloaded on my other computer. How can I still download it if the serial number does not appear in my plans and products page? I still have the drive and everything that came with it.

Please check if you have this version of the camera installed which include your raw files.
It would also be that your photoshop will not have to install this version of camera raw as its very old.
In this case, you can convert your raw files to DNG and can use it.
To convert the files to DNG, you must download and install the DNG Converter.

I think it reflects no professional when dealing with my customers. I found that in the preferences in the last tab called 'mobile Lightroom", my status is"path. Your Lightroom 6 will work indefinitely, for ever and ever, what is the message you see (which you are misunderstood).
The message referred ONLY to Lightroom Mobile, everyone (including you) has access to 30 days when you install Lightroom CC or Lightroom 6; and then you will have access to Lightroom Mobile when the 30 days has expired.
If you do not want to see the message, you can disable Lightroom Mobile so it is no longer active, and the message will disappear. In the left upper part of the Lightroom window, the nameplate is a drop down menu which allows you to interrupt the synchronization with the Mobile with Lightroom. Or simply ignore the message.

Dehaze feature is only available in Lightroom CC and not the standalone version 6 of Lightroom.
